Why don't you rather encourage the completion of projects across governments.
You cannit have development with a short term attitude.

Having said that. It is highly commendable particularly since the emphasis is on freight which will save the highways from constant pressure and damage.

I just wished rail projects were taken with the same vigour as vehicular roads and highways at state and Federal levels. Rail coverage in Nigeria remains very soars and rudimentary. Ignoring such an economic force multiplier is a developmental error.
