20-year-old goalkeeper Brian Okonkwo, brother of Super Eagles goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo, has signed a two-year deal with West Bromwich Albion. Goalkeeping runs in the Okonkwo family. 🧤

🐝 EXCL: Brentford agree new deal for Michael Kayode valid until June 2032! All sealed as Brentford make huge, smart move to keep one of the most wanted RBs around. 21 year old Italian talent did excellent last season + big part of Brentford plans, club sources confirm. ❤️🤍 |

I believe this is rare for me to say coz it is turkey but this would actually be a good move for Fernandez provided he is brought in as a regular in the first XI. UCL football, better competition level in Turkey compared to Scotland, higher salary. He is 24 If he must go to Turkey, then better it be to the best of the very best in Turkey. But I hope to see him in the top 5 leagues soon after. charlesemeka85: |

What's special about giving up a 2 goal lead in a game of 90 minutes. Whether in world cup or any where , it can happen to any team. How many times has Nigeria enjoyed a two goal lead in her world cup history. Its only 3 times we did that. Argentina at the last world cup finals lost a two goal lead ,only to win on penalties. Iceland being the last team under rohr in 2018. Where we won by 2 nil. Iceland is not in the quality and pedigree of a french side. |

You thought you were making a point only for this @emboldened to totally slap it away. So 3 times is not enough time to show we have that trait at the World Cup, especially considering how many times we have been there. I was hoping for someone to even say we have only done it once but you want to play down 3 times as nothing. Hilarious. Also, you mention Iceland as if they were not an interesting problem back then in Europe but slyly left out Bulgaria in 1994 that reached the WC semifinals. Next please. M7even: |

yinkeys:Decision making. I call him glorified Madueke. Similarities. He will see space and attack aimlessly. He'll get dispossessed and make zero attempt to recover the ball. Lots of strolling when he should be pressing. His biggest forte is opening up for passing lanes IMO. He should just focus on crosses so the defect will be less annoying. I'll take Victor Moses over him anyday abeg |

TheSuperNerd:yea it will be a good move for him judging from where he is moving from. Gala has more pedegree in European football than rangers and also the move will expose him more to elite club football competition like the UCL. If it happens it’s an upward trajectory for him Also Gala will give him more visibility in Europe and more money to his pocket. Will support the move to Gala if it’s the only concrete offer he has from a UCL playing club instead of remaining in the SPL or dropping to the English championship where Westham is rumoured to be interested. But if the likes of Renne, Leverkusen, Everton and Dortmund firm up their interest with a concrete offer I won’t support him moving to Turkey and Gala |
