From tacitly asking journalists to suppress news in order not to make the government look bad to this. Nigeria will likely be descending into full blown civilian dictatorship post-2027, if they make it back into power. All across the country, several governors have taken a cue and are already arresting individuals who oppose them, unilaterally sending them to prison.

Sir, the privilege of being the incumbent President does not exempt you from criticisms, you were once a staunch government critic and protest organizer, so dont forget how you started and how past Presidents didn't snuff life out of you for criticizing them and organizing sponsored protests against their governments.

The privilege of being the President does not exempt you from being scrutinized for public fund mismanagement and abuse of office through brazen nepotism in appointments, project executions and others.

That you are the President does not mean you can loot public funds using white elephant projects and other unethical ways and get away with it, there is consequences, bear this in mind because you are a tenure-based President and not a life President or King
