Yes I believe he was. Abi what do you call a conspiracy theorist that said the person leading us at one time was a clone from Sudan and people were cheering him. Very simple solution,ban open grazing , establish grazing reserves n the establishment of Private ranching for all this nonsense to al teast reduce drastically but instead the government is foot dragging n looking for who to blame.
