Even the 2022 Moroccan team still managed to string together enough passing sequence numbers. 2026 Paraguay do pass that 2022 Moroccan ultradefensive/Counter approach abeg. Lol

mank1234:
This narrative go sweet if Paraguay finally scores. Reminds me of 2022 Moroccan team.

USA demolished this Paraguay squad 4-0, while France is struggling to break them down

Just an observation

I suspect Paraguay didnt attempt to play an underground block in their first match of the tournament. That should be the reason.

France 1-0 Paraguay. Goal on 70mins.

Desire Doue's dribbling unlocked the Paraguayan defence. His dribbling technique is tight spaces is world class. This is why Dribblers would always remain relevant in the modern game. It is an art that would never die in football.

General Mbappe stepped up and bagged his 7th WC Goal to tie Messi again. His 19th WC goal too overall.

Dembouz did well acting like he is the one that wanted to take it. Same thing PSG players did for him vs Arsenal in the UCL final.

The French are scary. Very scary. And schooled too in some dark arts.

That's what usually makes South American teams a handful to deal with. They have the technique to play ball with you but also have the physicality to do some serious roughhousing if they need to.
Not only these but they were playing for pens from the start of the match.
The ref was obviously their 12th man on the pitch.

What I want to know is were you abusing tramadol when you made that bold statement that your Whack Starz would go down “fighting”?? After getting manhandled by Colombia and the score at 1-0 with 1 minute left in the game, your ghanaclowns were still parking the bus … is that the fighting spirit you were talking about gringringrin
I think you meant you were fighting the hot angry tears from flowing down your cheeks gringringringringringrin

Lol. He was talking of the USA match but i did not hear anyone complain that paraguay were playing Haram ball against USA. Paraguay completed 232 passes against the USA, Today they could only do 99 passes in the 90 minutes plus 10 additional minutes.

How Paraguay did not get a single yellow card is incredible. 13 fouls and so many dirty things they did vs France. I am surprised VAR was blind to all of them and did not even pick up on one.

OptaJoe must be sarcastic with that "Gentlemanly" 😂😂
