It's not in doubt that the mobile phone has indeed been a tremendous blessing to me, as it affords me the opportunity to reach tens, if not hundreds of thousands of souls online every week with the Gospel of Jesus.

It also helped me earlier this year with my 10-day dry-fast (my longest ever), as it was my from my phone I was playing the audio of the teachings of Jesus, and also songs that inspired me and kept me going to that point.

However I have to be honest that it sometimes poses a huge distraction and a big time consumer, because just to check my social media handles, that how I would keep moving from one thing to another, until I realize that time has gone far.

Hence why I have to be very careful and cautious, to ensure that it doesn't negatively affect the time I spend with God.

Because mobile phones would come and go, but God is everlasting, and I need God in my life more than anything in this world.

Chapter 226: 1 - 30

15. Now Yahweh said, what shall my great name become in the mouths of the people of the earth if i agree that religion should be made of none effect in their minds? Shall they not curse my name forever?
16. and Eubius said, what shall happen to the history of Krishtanite which I have written? 21. and Otem awoke. and his pupils had broken the door of his house when he did not appear in the school that day. and they had done many things to revive him.
22. and otem said, I saw all the things which you do to my body to rescue me. Why do you sit on my chest and blew my nose? Why do you disturb my sweet sleep? For the words which are made flesh are currently being conquered.
23. And henceforth, all sacred texts shall be seen as the things useful for refuse dump. and they shall lose the powers behind them, because all gods who insist on continual deception of the world through their threatening and motivational books are currently being held captive in vacuums.
24. Now for a space of three months, otem continually saw how the gods stepped into vacuums and were not seen anymore.
25. Now when eighty-nine days was complete, the gods of findings began to carry the vacuums in their hands, dumping them into a larger vacuum. For the vacuums began to become visible when they had carried them. and they dumped more than two hundred and fifty nine thousand vacuums into a larger one.
26. and they said, Otem of truth, we have overcome the gods by vacuums, so go and make known all the things which you have seen. For we imagined the vacuums with our thoughts for the capture of the gods who are antihumans.
27. and in the vacuums shall they be for a thousand years. This is the spiritual cage of all gods who oppose development. and focus shall be shifted from the words in the books to the thoughts of the heads.
28. And a period shall come when the pastors and the priests of many religions shall begin to misbehave. For their gods are encaged. and the minds of many homos shall begin to go after the truth within themselves rather than the lies written in the books of lies.
29. Now Otem, we have done our own part, therefore go and do your part also. Be not lazy in the compilation and interpretation of the texts of histories which we have given to you.
30. and we shall breathe life into the history which you shall write and it shall live on in the minds of the people, rather than religious texts. and humanity shall begin to use their own brains, worshipping no god while they do good to themselves.

You’re asking the wrong question…God loved you so much and reached out to you first that he sent Jesus to die for you before you ever knew anything…God is not far away…the teacher is always ready when the student is…have you tuned your priorities into getting to actually know him? Because it’s him who seeks that finds

Interesting. So the all-powerful, all-knowing Creator of the universe wants a relationship with everyone... but His communication strategy is still, "Try harder to find Me." If God truly reached out first and wants everyone saved, why is sincere confusion so common? "Seek harder" sounds less like an answer and more like customer support telling you to restart your laptop

I get what you’re saying because I’ve been there before…there’s a reason why Jesus spoke in parables a lot…it’s not because he was trying to play hard to get…it’s because in the kingdom of God not every truth will be easy for everyone to accept….thats why even nicodemus went to Jesus at night and Jesus broke things down for him..and even his disciples after attending to the crowd because guess what crowds where following him simply because he multiplied bread and they could eat…and the minute he said “ i am the bread of life come down from heaven” the crowd deserted him.

Now if someone where only following you around or messaging you only to meet his needs and not develop a friendship with you will you commit yourself to that person?

But that's still assuming the conclusion. You're explaining why people who already believed Jesus was from God reacted the way they did. The question is earlier than that: why would a God who wants a relationship with everyone make His existence and message so open to interpretation that billions of sincere people reach different conclusions, and being misled by different doctrines, different denominatn, all types of "prophets" claiming their own interpretation is the right one? 🤷🏽

A relationship requires both parties to know the other exists. If God's priority is friendship, hiding behind ambiguity and parables seems like an odd thing to do abi you don't want them to accept the message

Has Your Phone Been Keeping You Too Busy For God?

It's profoundly baffling how something that wasn't part of one's life while growing up, yet life seemed really normal as though nothing was lacking in those days, only for a few decades later, now seems indispensable, as though one wouldn't be able to survive or go a day without it.

Such is the story of mobile or gsm phones and the influence it has gained in my own daily life, to the point i wondered if I would be able to cope without it for a day.

Worst still, I got to realize that it had started negatively affecting my prayer life, as I began to lag behind in my daily prayers that I often had to be carrying it over to the next day.

But this didn't seem much of a big deal until after my phone got spoilt beyond repair last year, when I couldn't afford a new one, that i had to go over a week for the first time since I could remember.

It was during this period while I appeared to have much more time to spend with God with little or no distractions, that I was able to deeply reflect and observe how distracting and time consuming my phone had become, that even my prayer life and time I spent with God began to suffer as a result.

I could also see the seeming warning signs that such was imminent but failed to heed, before it finally happened.

That's how I became phoneless for not just a day, but more than a whole week, and although it was very unusual for me, the sky didn't fall down, neither did I die or suffocate as a result.

Instead i was still very much alive and yet breathing.

Moreover that turned into a huge blessing for my prayer and spiritual life, as the same time I seemed to lack now became more than enough for my daily prayers and time spent with God, to prove that I could survive even in this modern world without a mobile phone, but not without God.

Are there false prophets who try to twist Gods word? The answer is yes…but again God doesn’t hide. And well it’s the Glory of God to conceal a matter and honour of kings to search it out as the Bible said…now not to sound demeaning…but I have a Bible and I believe you too have…I have more understanding of the word of God because I submitted to it…it doesn’t mean I’m better than you…but I’ve learnt how to apply the same Bible that we all have access to to my life and know God better and who I am in Christ. Hope this helps to some extent

It doesn't really address my point does it? Saying "God doesn't hide" while also quoting a verse that says "it's the glory of God to conceal a matter" is a bit contradictory.

And saying you understand the Bible because you've submitted to it isn't evidence that it's true either. Every religion has devoted followers who say the same thing about their scriptures Heck Muslims do say the same thing about the Quran. The question isn't whether commitment produces conviction cos yes it often does. My question is why an all-loving God would make knowledge of Himself depend on interpreting an ancient collection of texts so that equally sincere people arrive at incompatible conclusions leading to all kinds of confusion and false prophets like yu acknowledged

If God truly wants everyone to know Him, why is honest disagreement the norm rather than the exception?
