Game of the tournament. I expect Mexico to level things.

It is not about that. It is about the fact that if certain players commit this same foul, it wont be a red card. We have seen such already at this WC.

The officiating decisions are not consistent for those kind of fouls.

It's not about tactics. It's not about being broken by Germany in 2014. Brazil simply does not have enough talented players like they did in the past.

Agreed. For me, it's the venue, hostility, and history that gives this match the edge.

We may have lost in penalties but we held our own against poor refereeing, a hostile crowd, and unsportsmanlike like conduct (e.g. the towel snatching).
