Toylove:Kudos the the Belgian FA. It's indeed a wrong precedent. First Canada refused a player entry. Now US got a red card suspension. Tomorrow, it will be result cancelation. |

Problem is not even that FIFA rescinded the suspension, but for allowing Trump to influence the course of it. Trump is a joker, his second coming have been only but trouble |

Fifa cant even hide behind judicial kinikan when the man is there himself blabbing to the world that he was the one that pressured and "talked" to infantino to change the decision

💣〽️‼️ Sadio Mané and Kalidou Koulibaly clashed during the World Cup. The absence of Malang Sarr caused a divide between the two Senegal stars. Mané wanted Sarr included in the team, while Koulibaly was against the idea. On the eve of France vs Senegal, Mané felt Koulibaly, who had arrived carrying a fitness issue, was not fully fit and suggested Malang Sarr should start in his place. Since then, tensions between the two senior players have intensified. ℹ️Foot Mercato

Portugal vs Spain? More like Cristiano Ronaldo vs his former neighbors. I foresee penalty shootout to end this game and Portugal to prevail. . |

Baba, we can't host today again. The last time we hosted a tournament of significance was the 2009 FIFA world cup. You know the most spectacular reason for that , it was the year Boko Haram was just starting in Nigeria, the following year, they carried out their first bombing in Nigeria, and ever since them insecurity has been entrenched in our society. The media and the people will always cry. Even Mexico had logistics problem up till a couple of weeks before world cup. Morocco had a protest before they hosted the last African cup where the citizens complained about economic hardship. So for media complaining it is quite normal. But with insecurity it is totally different Goke7: |

We can always build . But then we have a poor maintenance culture. I remember abuja was bidding to host common wealth games. I wonder what came out of that. I guess we lost the bid. And frankly speaking I wasn't surprised about that. NasirIbnLaAhad: |

The state govt. of Uyo have been crying about the high cost of maintenance of this stadium. I really wonder how much the state government budgets for this that they feel can be utilized else where. If they do hand over the contract to maintain the stadium to another company I wonder how that will work out. Plus I believe the government gets good revenue from football tourism cos on every matchdays hotels will be bóoked. As well as other social incentives, before the end of the year the SE might play three times there. minfelix: |

I hope the whole world sees that such will never happen at a Euros or Afcon tournament. A red card is automatic suspension for the next game no matter the stage. The Balogun incident is a first and Infantino just made a mess of one of Football's surest rules. Trump and US obviously has him by the balls so nothing surprising anyway. Goke7: |

Morocco is very close to eclipsing our all time Fifa ranking of 5th. The Naija SE need to get very serious about our football again. U-17, U-20, Olympics and the NT. We have to get back to WINNING. Not just getting far in tournaments. |
