Messi hits the post with a free kick 😲

Lol Ronaldo fans are jubilating but we are not bothered because whether Argentina wins or loses, the mission has already been accomplished. The mission was "never let Ronaldo touch the world cup trophy". We have accomplished that, hence whatever happens from here doesn't matter.

At the end, Messi will be remembered as a world cup winner, while Ronaldo will only be remember as a world cup dreamer. 😂🤣

That said, we are are still gunning down Egypt today.

Would be so good if Egypt sent Argentina home but I will not celebrate until the last whistle. African sides are experts in selling hope!
That'd still put no world cup gold medal round Ronaldo's neck. 🤣😂🤣😂

Defending champions going out in Round 16 go make headlines o 😂

I still expect a response and serious fight from Argentina in this game
Lol, Messi's fans don't really care about that. The aim for this World Cup was for Messi to have a great tournament and he's already done so with 7 goals. Baba don try now cheesy

Weak mentality is the bane of African teams in this ongoing World Cup.

It's funny seeing Ronaldo's fans suddenly turn to Egyptians because of their delusional hatred for Messi 🤣🤣

I don't like this 4-4-2. Argentina no longer has natural wingers like Di Maria.

Why don't you focus on your Messi?
You've been crying about Ronaldo fans since the match started.
Most Africans/Nigerians supported African countries at this world cup (well except south Africa), so I don't know what you wailing about.

Converted me from an arsenal fan to Man U in 2007.

I never fell for the comparison nonsense. I was content to enjoy his greatness.

All things come to an end.
Lol.. You're never an Arsenal fan 😂

🇦🇹 Austrian Bundesliga side, ⚫️Sturm Graz has completed the signing of 20-year-old Austrian born Nigerian right back, Kelechi Nnamdi from First Vienna FC.

He’ll be looking to start his integration as he joins the Sturm Graz reserve team.

If they lose this game Messi will be blamed! May the cost of him chasing highest scorer not cost his team in the long run
Then you don't know Messi. Who go blame Messi? Messi dey chase highest scorer? Lol

What a Move! This kid has made the leap to La Liga from Polish Topflight. Been on my radar and mentioned to the scouts but the switch allegiance hurdle is why things cooled. Now, he don go La Liga. Poland could just call him up to their senior side.

Time will tell.
Remind the so called national team scouts to keep an eye on him now that he is in laliga. Earning caps for the Polish 🇵🇱 youth teams shouldn’t deter the scouts

If the NFF and Chelle reach out to him he may decide to switch. Other nations don’t just abandon talents just because they hv caps for the youth team of their country of birth.

Bouaddi few months ago starred for French u21 and tipped as future Le Blues midfield anchor but today is playing for Morocco

Honestly, I've been tempted once or twice to chime in and address the madness, but the concept of being a neutral who doesn't care about the Messi vs Ronaldo w@nkfest is completely foreign to these trolls. Nah. You must be a fan of one of the other.

Absolute kindergarten behavior.

Egypt has changed Ashour. I dare say he has been Egypt's best outfield player in the WC. I love his Pharaoh goal celebrations. Hossan Hassan no send Marmoush, he has put him on the bench many times.
