If the Super Eagles are going to lose a game, the signs will be there throughout the game; either we can't score, or we concede and can't level up
You have a point sha....but these scenarios happens mainly when we are playing teams underneath us I quality

Nigeria no go bottle 2-0 in world cup, that one na lie.

It’s not in our mentality at all

They can score us, and we equalize, they score again, but to bottle two goal at 80 minutes, even Argentina no reach, insult Nigerian all you want, e no go happen.
Team wey bottle 4 goals?? Lmao

Fans like to fantasize a lot. It's not their fault.. How much different in quality is this current Nigerian team when compared with Senegal and Egypt...

We will never throw away a lead like that; we go drag am reach penalties. One strength we have is the ability to slow the game down; it's when we are just leading by a goal that we can crumble
It's not true.

Was it not our team that crumbled against Tunisia after going +3 against them in past AFCON. Na final whistle bail us out.

What if Colombia goes all the way to win the world cup against all odds as compensation for the tragic death of Andres Escobar shortly after USA 94?

You know, just like Zambia winning the AFCON in Gabon in 2012.

Life can be quite funny.

Yes, because we have this arrogant attitude that teams beneath us can't come back. But dem no born Cameroon or other big teams in Africa for us to be leading them by 2-0 and they come back. This is why Osimhen was angry at Afcon during the Mozambique game, but we crucified him for trying to make the team more alert after the second game against Tunisia in the first round

Any Nigerian team that scores two goals most of the time scores more to increase the tally, except we are just too wasteful,

Honestly football is a crazy game. I could understand the disappointments of the Egyptian side today. It reminded one of US 94 Nigeria vs Italy game. Egypt was in a unfamiliar territory, first round 16 game. Against the defending champion with a two goal lead. Then add that to the cramp injury their lifeline on the wings got. This jcollapsed them totally. Salah did his best. And its easier to say you can't give up a two goal lead

Nigeria will not bottle a 2 goal lead, it’s your choice to feel it will happen, it’s my choice to say it it will not happen…

Bosnia was a solid team 2014, Iceland were solid 2018, Spain, Bulgaria, even with one goal we won.

And because In a qualifier we bottle 4-4 Central African Republic we will will bottle In world, just see talk, how does that make sense, like we didn’t play end reach finals and semi Final of Afcon with top teams just after that.

Some kind talk sef

I'm praying it happens we take a 2-0 lead against a world top 15 team and still hold on to win the game, cos since I was born and now I am getting old I have never seen a super eagles team take a commanding 2-0 lead and hold on to winning it.
The one I watched was coming from behind to win Spain 3-2(anyways that's a big one too shaa)

Im saying play often at that level and you will know it can happen. Argentina was leading France by 2 goals at the last world cup finals as well. And France came back. When you begin to brag on Bosnia, it's like you aren't hungry . But then that's your choice too.

Gbam. Exactly. I'm praying to see us take a 2 goal lead against Argentina our Boogeyman at the world cup.... Bro, Argentina has continuously dealt with us , so if we take for once beat them in a WC that's great . And If we take a two goal lead against them, bro, up until the final whistle I'm still not believing we will beat them. So that's just the point. Let's take a two goal lead against Portugal even as terrible as they were in this word cup or even Spain. So long as it is not 90 minutes I'm not trusting the players on that. It's as simple as that. Because it is a rare deal to find ourselves in that position at first. And that a big deal to see it through

Are you for real or you’re imagining things, the eagles beat Bulgaria 3-0 in 94 they never came back, Iceland nko even the 1-0 sef, we beat the Bulgarians 1-0 in 98 and they could not level up.

The logic again is simple if the eagles are going lose a game it will be written all over the match once we are struggling to score or we are on the back foot then you know the result already

Real hunger is coming to the world cup to beat Argentina.. we've suffered emotionally and psychologically in their palms. Even if we are two goals up against them, I'm still not sold on us seeing it through....

All na imagination bruv 😂 all the times Argentina beat us at the World Cup they went ahead to show how stronger they are!

This is a weaker Argentine team we are seeing these days yet our African brothers can’t take advantage I can still pardon Cape Verde due to inexperience but shame on Salah he’s the cause of their loss today. And please you guys don’t bring the eagles into it to justify the foolishness we saw from Egypt

have this settled, if Nigeria is leading Argentina even France 2-0 at 86th minute they are not coming back to win us, forget that thing, Nigerian can see out games in competitive football if they have played well. If we are playing well and we are 2-0 up in 86th minute, a Nigeria team will see out that game.
