They are indeed olympiad winners.
The competition they won is the International STEM Olympiad (ISO) Global Finals 2026.
The competition brings together top-performing students from around the world who qualified through earlier rounds. All winners here are the best of the best from around the world.

You dodged my questions. i never said that they are not winners, i said you are exaggerating. They didn't win WORLD best mathematician.
Olympiads don't usually bring the best of the best. They gather registered students whose parents or school can sponsor. You can carry last in your class and still register for many Olympiads and get medals. This is reality. Look for people who have the experience please. If you don't have money or your parents don't want, no Olympiads for you.
Again, congratulations to every winner, but don't exaggerate what happened.

Isn't that exactly how every competition in the world works? The first step for every competition/ exam is always registration. So you are saying because some students somewhere in the world couldn't register, the competition shouldn't receive the recognition it deserves? That doesn't make any sense.
By that logic, no competition on earth deserves recognition.

Lolz, you are still assuming. i wish you'd research and find out so that next time you don't exaggerate.
i explained the process to show you events like these are not necessarily best of the best that you claimed or world best. It's a glorified excursion.
If you watched the video, you'll hear one of the boys saying he slept off. The other one didn't expect it. Point is in most cases, they all get awarded. You've got to be extremely dull not to get a gold, silver or bronze. At worse, you'll get a shiny certificate and participation badge. We know the system, been there done that.
Not saying anything is wrong with the system, just educating you to not exaggerate it, calling them the most Intelligent Mathematicians on the Planet Under the age of 15, the best mathematician in the world. Some people have already used it to talk down on Nigeria, or government or tribes. SMH

You can't bring yourself to praise the kids who won the competition, yet you're going around in circles trying to make excuses for the students who didn't win, explaining why they failed.
As far as this competition is concerned these kids are the best of the best in mathematics. Trying to water down their achievement for whatever reason won't erase their names as world champions

He should go rest. There are other kids like him. Some are way more intelligent than him but lack opportunities. At his age i was already writing my macro assembler for the motorola chipset, memorized hexadecimal and i can do differentials and polynamials without using a calcuator.
