This is for our Yoruba brothers. I asked one during our university days in UNN, that why is he shouting while answering phone call. He told me the person he's talking to is in Lagos. Then I asked him, what if the person the person come dey overseas nko?

That's a great etiquette collection, but I don't agree with No 14) which says:

You were called so you should naturally speak first. Picking the call ultimately shows you are on the other end the caller definitely knows you so you must welcome that fact with a "Hello" then pause to hear your caller.
