Fashola built modern lagos no doubt. No one can take that away from his records forever. He accomplished a lot as a governor. Infact, where were the trees fashola was planting all around Lagos then? That project make lagos to be so greeny and beautiful. I doubt if any governor can match up to fashola in the history of lagos.

Tinubu would have done the same if he had 1 extra year in office because the resources that were not available were now available. Only that he had no time left to get it done. Hence he created the blueprint for everything that should be done in Lagos. Fashola came on board, met the resources, saw the blueprint, and ran with it.

This is actually very true the first time i visited lagos in 2002 i passed through that oshodi bridge and it was completely an eye sore looking down from the bridge i saw humans and massive dirt i have never seen in my life before all packed together in one space that you can't even differentiate between dirt and human beings. Tinibu will definitely go down in history as the greatest nigeria's con artist who not only successfully captured one of nigeria's richest state but also scammed gullible nigerians to successfully capture the whole nigeria and it's institutions.

If they channelled that energy into developing their home states I am sure they wouldn't be flocking to Lagos seeking a better life.
