The school is trying to make sure their yearly student quota is reached and wants to ensure they have enough international students enrolled to meet their financial targets. It is not you holding things up; it is IRCC. The school is just taking precautions.

Even if it goes past the first week of August, hopefully it does not get to that point and you receive a reply from IRCC. Your admission is still intact; the school’s concern is mainly based on uncertainty and fear on their side....which should not affect you
Thank you so much. I’ll be back soon with the news of our approval. God bless you.

Hello all I graduated with a 2.2 below 3.0 and I'm considering applying to PGD in IT since I'm far below the cut-off for universities.

I have made a little research and found Red River College Polytechnic and New Brunswick Community College and they have 2 years IRCC PGWP eligible programs that I consider okay.

I plan on using my mum as my sponsor. Is it possible to use the Stanbic money market mutual fund for my pof? She has about 87 million in it and Can I do a masters later with the results/certificate from my PGD?

When I applied, I used flywire to pay my acceptance deposit. I used CIBC to pa my tuition.
I could not wait for the school to issue me a receipt since it involves extra charges.

What I did;
I included the confirmation email from flywire and CIBC and used them instead.

I will advise you do up front medical because it the result takes within 10 business days to be sent to IRCC.

Where is that boy that said that IRCC does not accept bank statement of acct from remote gigs like PayPal and co, that it must be only commercial bank acct statements? Pls tell him that info is false. I submitted PayPal statement even submitted Opay bank statement and got my study permit approved.
Hey bro… I am a freelancer and part of my Pof comes from remote gigs and local jobs, my friends is suggesting I need a CAC and that I pay tax to be able to verify that money to IRCC.

Me I never see freelance with either of those, pls I need you to give me your input on how you went about this or what you submitted as proof for your remote gigs.

I didn't do any CAC. I just submitted POF from all those sites I got money from. I explained (with proof) what I did to get the money.

Good morning, everyone.

I am planning to begin my application to study in Canada and have been researching affordable colleges as well as programs with strong job prospects. After careful consideration, I am leaning towards pursuing a Pharmacy Technician diploma.

My concern, however, is that my academic background is in Accounting, and I do not have a science background. Before I proceed with my application, I would appreciate your advice on the following:

* Is it possible to gain admission into a Pharmacy Technician program without a science background?
* Are there any colleges you would recommend for someone transitioning from Accounting into the healthcare field?
* Based on my research, I am particularly interested in the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) and Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC). Would you recommend either of these, or are there other public colleges I should consider?

I would be grateful for any guidance or recommendations from those who have gone through a similar process or have experience with studying in Canada.

Thank you very much.

Morning folks. Please how do I generate bank statement with ticket ID for Access Bank, FCMB & Palmpay? This is new to me and I understand it gives the Canadian Embassy direct access to verify my account with a ticket ID and password. And for those who used fintechs like Grey, how did you do it for them? Thanks in advance.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 12:29pm On Jul 09
You don't generate yourself walk into the bank and tell them you want to do a MyBank Statement; some banks have that provision in their app, Palmpay is not acceptable for visa purpose.

Both colleges are good and fit your budget for tuition fees. However, what is more important is transitioning from accounting to a healthcare program; please check the school requirements so you won't waste your application fee. Secondly, convincing the VO of your study permit won't be an easy nut; they will see it as a relocation pathway for you, since there is no career progression. Look out for a post-secondary program, and your O-level; you should cover science courses. Ensure to check the school requirements.

It COULD be possible to gain admission from accounting to healthcare because most schools are after your money and don't even care about your qualifications.

Your major concern should be if the transitioning would make sense in the ears of the visa officer. Schools can give you admission but the people you can allow you entry into Canada should be more of concern here.

If you know how you can explain to the visa officer and it makes sense in their ears then go ahead. The only way I see them give you study permit is if what you are currently doing is somewhat related to health.

Good luck. No harm in trying.

PS: If you make deeper research you will appreciate that accounting you are trying to ditch for health.

NBCC and NSCC are publicly funded community colleges, and admission to many programs can be highly competitive. Be sure to review the entrance requirements carefully to determine whether you meet the qualifications.

Also, don't limit your options to just these two schools. Other colleges may offer similar programs with different admission requirements. For example, some schools may require high school Chemistry, while others may not. If you have credits in Math, English, and Biology, you may still be eligible for admission at certain institutions. Exploring a wider range of schools can increase your chances of finding a program that matches your qualifications.

Yes, please include it, but let it serve as a backup to the actual savings you have set aside for your school..

IRCC mainly looks for liquid funds, so money held in a regular savings or current account at a commercial bank is generally stronger as proof of funds Market Mutual Fund is a good additional supporting document, but it shouldn't be your only source of funds

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I plan on applying to a PhD in Canada, then leaving the PhD to study a diploma in healthcare. Does anyone have any idea if that is possible. Can I drop the PhD and go for the healthcare. I plan on getting admission for both before applying for visa.

I have done option 2 already. But also want to do option 1. Anyone that comes first
Since you have done option 2,the request to reconsider has been entered in GCMS,if you consider and do option 1,if they reconsider to open old application again which is option 2,they will put new application on hold until a decision is made on the first application, only after that the clock will start on the new application, if receive positive decision on the previous they may cancel the new applications, but severe delay will likely occur in the new application before a decision is made.

I didn't do any CAC. I just submitted POF from all those sites I got money from. I explained (with proof) what I did to get the money.
Normally my major clients are local clients, so I have payment receipt, WhatsApp conversations, invoices, LinkedIn chat, I even have a month summary of job to help me keep track, like 40% of this money is what’s going into my pof.

Bro just dey tackle me going to 3 days, as I saw your comment, I decided to ask
Thanks…. I’ll submit all my proof with well enough explanation.

Can you block and remove Black0ps with "bops41143@gmail.com" from this platform, please?
He attempted to scam me until I caught him red-handed.
I have attached the screenshot of our convo. on whatsapp after he initially reached out to me via email, when I had requested people to suggest schools in 🇨🇦.

Can someone tag the admin(s) for me, please.

Already got 3 letter of admission this week.
Now 5 letters of admission. Applied to 7 schools in total. 5 in, all successful. 2 pending.

On a separate note, please is there anyone here who did GIC to use as part of his/her application supporting doc? How did you make the payment very quickly and which bank in Canada did you enrol with?

Abel Abdul how come you quickly become an admission Counselor? How come you quickly know about this subjects ? I thought you just got admitted yourself and your temporary travel visa is just being granted ? If you are not a travel agent you should only discuss only the course of study you were given admission to study and the exact ways you processed your study visa. Stop dabbling into every topic because that is the characteristics of visa agent or visa Counselor.
