I received a mail from UKVI requesting for additional documents for a criminal clearance from NPF

Also, I have been asked to provide evidence cos my current spouse is different from the application I did in 2020. I have never been married nor had a child, the agent only filled that in my application to proof strong home ties. I am legally married now with proof and certificates.

Please, how do I respond to this email??

1,500 is okay. Just ensure your stay does not exceed 2 weeks. Perharps 7 to 10 days to ensure the funds look reasonable.

The agent filled the form because I contacted him. I truly do not have a son neither was I married until now. I don't know what to do. I don't have any proof to show I was not truly married in my refused application in 2020.

Your spouse is on a temporary visa and is not a British citizen or a person with settled status, you better think carefully before you implicate yourself.
I told you that the form will come up.
You have no right to family life as a skilled worker or student dependent. Only spouses of British citizens or ILR persons can make that claim.

It is real sir. All documents submitted is real sir including pictures taken about a decade ago with my wife. The only concern and concentration in the mail sent to me was about the spouse sir. Every information from work, pictures, certificates are all genuine and verifiable sir.

So just say the first marriage no longer exists. Which is largely true as it actually never existed.

The alternative is for you to say the truth and expect a refusal. But at least the truth will set you free.

Then the previous marriage no longer exists, you both have gone your separate ways long ago and you do not know the whereabouts of that person anymore. You can’t ethically (or safely) invent reasons UKVI will accept but you can give factual, documentable reasons that show the relationship is over and you’re no longer involved.

What UKVI usually accepts
Use wording that ties to evidence you can provide, e.g.:
- Long separation / no contact (prove relationship breakdown in practice)
- Irreconcilable breakdown / marriage has irretrievably broken down” (standard legal basis)
- If contact is unsafe: then provide protective order / restraining order / police incident etc

My wife and I are currently on psw, we have a 2yr old child who was born in the UK while on our PSW and we did a dependant visa for her.
Now we are about to switch to a new visa and I was wondering...

1. Is it compulsory to do another dependant visa for her or she can remain legally in the UK without a visa since she was born her and we have no plans on traveling out of uk with her...She needs a visa to stay in the UK. Whatever visa she has now, you need to either renew the visa or get another one that gives her the legal right to be in the UK

2. Not putting her on any visa after the psw expires, will it have any impact on her legal stay in uk and will it affect her if we decide to apply ro her ILR after 7yrs or citizenship after 10yrs, or will it affect her enrollment into school. (I already know about the NHS out of pocket payment) - Definitely. She becomes an overstayer and it will affect her ILR and citizenship in future

3. If at any point I need to apply for a visa for her, will her full uk birth certificate suffice or I need to get her a Nigerian passport (which involves registration on NPC, then NIN biometrics, then registration on Nigerian immigration Service website I listed the steps to know if it's the correct sequence) - She needs her birth certificate and Nigerian passport. You need to get her Nigerian passport.

I have tried checking online and have made enquiries but keep getting contradicting answers as regards the visa. Maybe you need to engage the services of an immigration lawyer to provide advice.

Good morning everyone,
I applied for a visit visa for my mum, but it was denied, I have attached the refusal letter. They stated that her outgoing was more than what she declared, but they refused to consider the monthly allowance I normally send to her, I declared this during application, they also stated no family ties, I declared that her husband, my sisters and her mother currently reside in Nigeria, but they refused to acknowledge that too.

1. Visa + IHS payment is needed for your little one if you need to use NHS as you will be billed upto 150% cost price. Free nhs is only for 3 months. If no plans of traveling out, yes she can stay however if an unexpected medical need- then you will regret.
2. Nope. No effect on ILR for her as she is UK born.
Also primary and secondary school requirements do not routinely ask children for visa status.
3. UK born children do not need a passport to apply for a visa within the UK. This is an in country application and is permitted.
This is because the HO does not want anyone overstaying because of inability to get home country passports.
Full UK birth certificate is all that is required and must be taken to the biometrics appointment

That statement is false; children born in the UK who are not automatically British citizens do need a valid passport or travel document from their home country when applying for a dependant visa from inside the UK. While a baby can initially stay in the UK without a visa for a short period, an official passport is required to complete their formal visa application[i][/i]

You are not listening.
The UK is very hostile at this moment. The refusals are alot for 3rd world countries now because the numbers show people are not going back after visiting.
If your circumstances have things to be corrected, do that before applying especially if you have ZERO travel history and you are male and young.
Take a step back. If you don’t visit your friend this month or next month, nothing will change, neither will you die or something . Work on your profile.
If it means reducing your expenses over the next two months to 100k so your disposable income is better looking on your application form, then do that. Good luck

Please see below my refusal. I am quite confused. I had about N13m in my account. (So i have saved more than enough over the months, to cater for this trip). It seems they are saying i want to spend 3x the money i save monthly, at the same time, they are saying, maybe the budget of 4.9m is not enough for 12 days. I am confused. Please share comments, as i need to re-apply. I also have property evidence to show in my next application.
