Break every chain of lust, pornography, and sexual impurity. Renew my mind, purify my desires, and strengthen me to walk in holiness. Cause me to experience the freedom that only You can give. In Jesus' name, Amen.

This post is very true. But despite the billions of bacterias we don't die of diarrhoea. Even in rich homes and middle class homes sponge disinfection is not a thing.

So these zillions of harmful bacterias that we have been consuming from childhood has actually made us stronger. People should be more mindful of eating too much carbs than harmful these harmful bacteria

Also put it in boiled water and leave it for some time so as to kill any bacteria in it.

Either boiled or fried, bacteria will still be there, we have different bacterial that grow at different temperatures...
