Would it still be terrible move if another better serie A club like Atalanta,Lazio,Roma or Inter sign him from Venezia?

Akor was one of the reasons why Sevilla survived relegation,
who is to say he wouldn't put up a better performance for other serie a clubs to notice.
Some clubs are projects!!! Just a few seasons ago, Newcastle amd Aston Villa played in the championship, look at Sunderland now, if Xhaka was Nogerian na so una go talk say im comot Leverkusen go join Sunderland. Como is another example and Okonkwo's team Wrexham, we don't have all the details. Na Akor dey wear the shoe and he sabi where he dey pinch, as for me o I support him all the way.

Hmm,you got it,I remember how Leventis United of Ibadan got some good players when they started in Nigeria league division 3,even won FA cup and got promoted to div 2 and again div 1,topped the three divisions....El kanemi warrior started from division 3 and Colonel Abdul mumini Aminu went out to sign top players like Samson Siasia,Nduka Ugbade,Osaro Obabaifo...I think Venezia want to spend.

I hear that Akor Adams has joined Venezia. I am really disappointed in this move, but I will never fault a man for chasing a living. Sometimes I really feel some of these Nigerian players cannot just see beyond their noses. Akor Adams will struggle to score for this team because Venezia will be just like another poor newly promoted Serie A side that will struggle to score all season. I don't really know what is happening behind the scenes in Sevilla, but you see, this move doesn't make sense at all. I wish the lad all success but am highly disappointed in this move because I rate Akor Adams. I like what he brings to the game for the Super Eagles. A completely effective team player for the Super Eagles.
Bro, I'm more disappointed than you. This is a step down naa Venezia ke?? What happened to the mid table teams like Udineze, Torino, Fiorentina?? This move fit affect him performance oo

🚨🟣 Understand Fiorentina had a proposal turned down by Wolves for striker Tolu Arokodare.

Trabzonspor also made a proposal but the player is not keen on the move.

If Spain can hold France till 85th minute or so, just bring in Merino to score as usual and bring in Zubimendi to park the bus.

Both of them are graduates from Arteta University of Haram football

Wow. If she continues in this manner, with the right coaching/nutrition, she will definitely lower her PB to around 10.8s in two year’s time

I am a big Super Eagles fan, and I dream of having a Nigerian team as strong as we used to have in the 90s. For that to happen, we need to have our players playing at the highest level. Back in the late 80s to early 90s, football was not as globalized as it is today. The Nigerian league back then was also a very good league. JJ Okocha and some of the stars we had in the early 90s that Clement Westerhoff brought to the spotlight from the local league would have been carried off to Europe at an earlier age if it were in today's market.

Football today is as much a business model as it is about winning trophies. Imagine a club gets a player from some African country for 500 thousand euros and 2 years later sells that player for 10 million euros and a 20 percent sell-on clause; if the same player is sold for 30 million euros 2 years later, this club that has spent 500k on this player would have made 15.5 million euros just in sales profits within 3 years.

This is the reason why you have scouts all over the world scouting and analyzing players because football is now a business for many clubs. This is why it irritates me when I hear people saying that a player languishing in some backwater league is there because he was just unlucky; people just cannot see what he brings to the table, he has a bad agent, or he is so unlucky.

These are all fallacies. Look at the teams that are in the quarterfinals of the World Cup. Look at their rosters, and you will see that they are filled up with players in the top 5 leagues. We often find it difficult to confront the truth in Nigeria; we consistently create justifications for mediocrity, which is why Nigeria constantly fails to perform on the global stage, as we tend to excuse every shortcoming.

Some people believe that players in the NPFL can lead Nigeria to the World Cup, and they argue that some of these players are in the league due to bad luck. Some will tell you that playing in the NPFL is not the true definition of their talent level. Just making excuses for nonsense.
Many of our players of that glorious era were playing for mid clubs.

Abeg what is Fransisca Ordega still doing in the Falcon squad in 2026huh

I am now believing she's been favoured

allegedly She had only 1 goal and 2assist in Saudi for the whole of last season

A Nigerian league player would've been better

For over 4-5 years now Ordega has been bellow par for the super falcons

Abi Big God dey glass House??
She's a waste of slot

I don't know why the coach ain't giving Chioma Okafor any playing time. Even though she won the WAFCON with the team last year, she is still eligible to play for Malawi.

Yes. And Tanzania won the invitational beating Australia 5-3. The Tanzanian U17s should have a good showing at the U17 WC later this year.

Our lads prep for next year if we get past the 2026 Wafu B U17 Qualifers for 2027 U17 Afcon before the 2027 WC.

Good final result for the lads. I thought China will bury them but they really stepped up. Now they return and the real solid work begins for the lads starting with recamping, cutting and upgrading the roster.

Okafor is a striker. Not a winger. Our CF is stacked and among the CF options, she did not exactly make a strong case plus shortage of gametime at North Carolina Courage.

Flourish Sabastine is an exciting top wing talent that ought to be considered ahead of Ordega but it is okay... we have few experienced veterans as it is. Sabastine's time will come coz this has definitely gonna be Ordega's last Major tournament for us.
