I understand that we are stll in the late season of yam, but bro this yam can barely feed a full grown adult. If you add the ingredients to cook and eat this yam. Bro is not a small money.

Better carb Than rice, sweets potatoes and cassava.

better fiber and Also good for colon as it digest normally. Doesn’t spike sugar.

Potatoes has more fibres than it sha.
I don't know about the carbs. Maybe yam will have great carbs though. But potato is healthy because it serve as a vegetable and carbohydrate.

Can't remember when last I bought yam. Stopped buying the year the sellers went crazy and started selling one tuber not bigger than that 75cl bottle of water for over 5000 Naira.

This is not the time for old yams.

10k is 10,000
