Saipem Recruitment Process

The Saipem recruitment process allows an applicant to highlight his or her talent and skills and demonstrate what he or she is capable of.

Step One: Analysis of your Resume and telephone interview

They pay well and it is a good place to start in the oil and gas

Baker is a multinational and working with them will expose you to lots of international operations in the oil and gas

It gives you the leverage to switch to the IOCs if opportunity presents itself.

Building capacity and capabilities should be of utmost importance when you are coming up and not necessarily the pay.

Once you develop the right competence, you would be able to compete for the "BIG" tickets jobs with "BIG" pay.

This is how it works in the corporate world.

Corporate growth is a MARATHON and not a SPRINT journey.

How do you know it's not real and how do you know how saipem recruits? Do you work with them? Have you ever in your life had any experience about how they recruit?

In the year 2010 or 2011, this same nairaland was where saipem put up their advert and I applied for both my friend and I. He eventually got the job but I didn't.

The first test was at Lagos, somewhere not far from adeola odeku in the Marina axis, the second was at their office in rumuolumeni.

Say what you're aware of and not what you think. As long as you do well in both the exam and the interview believe me you'll be chosen.

We were paid a good amount of money as transportation fares back then. I don't know if that method has changed.
