Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi has expressed his displeasure over the portrayal of Mary Habila and her colleague who were on official medical duty at his residence as runs girls.

Speaking on Symfoni TV, Umahi said, "I don't want to dwell on it too much, because I'm mourning, it is like losing a daughter. And I laugh when they call her a physiotherapist. Sen. Umahi also revealed details of Mary's final hours, based on an account provided by her boyfriend.

He alleged that the boyfriend said that while in Lagos for a conference, Mary called him to say she was bleeding from the nose.

According to him, Mary's boyfriend advised her to report to her supervisor, knowing the supervisor would insist she seek medical attention but Mary reportedly did not want to be a burden, and instead looked for a nearby hospital on her own.

Umahi said he has since asked the police to retrieve her call log so investigators can establish exactly what was said in her last conversation with her boyfriend.

Umahi is trying so hard to prove innocent, but the evidence surrounding this case shows he's a culpable suspect in the whole saga. Some women that work with him have boldly exposed how sexually pervasive he is. He's actually a randy man to begin with. Who knows what substance he might have given the lady to ensure an explosive sexual romp for the night.

Attempts to settle with the family secretly is also being observed at the backend. Very ungodly man to the core.

It was only one press release done, but trust journalists to fraction every statement sensationally. The man needs to shut up. Having said that, they all know themselves well. They always go in convoy of special girls that will attend to one person needs or the other...they have different classes depending on the level you are in that place of work..... You Gerrit.... And besides, someone that will be leaving inside a special quarter likely have access to the main building.
