Papi85:He is Nigerian. He already told the Togolese that he is not interested in playing for them that he is all in for Nigeria. |

EElopa:but he has played for them in chan with another name |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by EElopa: 11:17pm On Jul 17 |
Papi85:There are still some controversies surrounding his nationality, but when he was in great form with Gent The NFF invited him to play for Nigeria. His dad is Nigerian, and his mom is Togolese, but he was born in Nigeria. Going by FIFA rules, he has not been cap-tied in a senior official match for both nations. The Togolese football federation wanted to complicate the issue, but he made it absolutely clear to them that he was not interested in playing for Togo and that he only wanted to play for Nigeria. |

Papi85:That's a big lie. There is no evidence that Gift Orban ever played for Togo. If you have proof bring it out let us all see and judge for ourselves. Yall lie too much here. Even if he played for Togo(He never did) He can still switch allegiance. CHAN is not a seniour tournament like AFCON or World Cup |

Chibuike Nwaiwu to Fulham for 30M Euros + 2M euros bonuses (32M total) to be wrapped up and the move officially announced anytime between this weekend and the coming new week. Trabzonspor likely have a sell-on % clause inserted in the deal. They are really eating good with the Nwaiwu and Inao Oulai deals to Fulham and Fiorentina respectively.

The next generation of Naija technical midfield ballers are fast rising and already in Europe. We have seen 2 exciting 18 y/o CAMs make the move to Sweden in same window... 🟢Ifeoluwa Adewale Olowoporoku (IFK Goteborg) And 🟣Oreoluwa Agbenla (AIK) There is more to come because in few years before 2029/2030, The Super Eagles midfield would be so mega competitive... way more competitive than it's gonna be ahead of 2027. |

Now you're bringing up an entirely different issue unrelated to the screenshot you shared earlier. The general consensus on this thread is that the SE need upgrades to some current personnel Iwobi included. That is not the issue for me. What I'm querying is a random post that hasn't been verified to be true painting a player in bad light that he doesn't care that Nigeria missed out on the WC. Iwobi and any other player's overall performance is fair game to be criticized but let's not hang them based on potentially false or misleading information. elyte89: |

Crazy facts around the famous picture of Messi bathing Yamal when he was a baby. The photo was taken 19 years ago. What was Messi's Jersey number then for Barcelona? 19. What is Yamal's number now with Spain? 19. The final is being played tomorrow on the 19. But jokes apart I don't know Maths too much however what are the odds that a footballer who was still up and coming would take a picture with a baby who will not only grow up to be a potential great himself but be his own opponent in a WC final? Lol crazy stuff. |

elyte89:Imagine going from Celtic to second division in Turkey and from Hoffenheim to a newly promoted Turkish club. I have no idea what's wrong with some of our players. I guess Iheanacho has given up on representing SE anymore while Orban probably doesn't care |
