Pep wont take any job that will keep him from home because that was the reason his family broke up. Though National team does not involve living in the country week in week out but to say if he accept he wont improve Italy is a big lie. When Guardiola was in barca, he discovered Pedro, Busquet who won Euro and world cup with Spain. He discovered Bobb, Foden, Orielly in Man city so he is not only buying established players. Morever when Guardiola came to Barca we were third in laliga. He managed Messi to that level that it was the first time Messi played a season wirhout an injury. A good player had good technique...but tactics and strategy and contingency planning is a different beast entirely
