Woman Who Asked Husband to Swear Against Cheating Shares Her Own Faithfulness Vow

The Nigerian woman who asked her husband to publicly vow never to cheat on her before she brings him to Canada has now made a similar promise of her own.

Ezinne Maryjane Nwanorue shared a video on social media in which she pledged to remain sexually faithful to her husband, Franklin Chimaobim Nwanorue, for the rest of their marriage. In the emotional video, she declared that if she ever becomes unfaithful to him, she should die in the name of Jesus Christ.

Beyond promising fidelity, Ezinne also vowed to remain a loving and supportive wife to her husband and a caring mother to their children. She prayed that God would help them keep their promises and use their marriage as a positive example to other couples.

Her video comes shortly after her husband's public declaration gained widespread attention online. In his own video, Franklin apologized for his past mistakes and promised never to cheat on his wife after joining her in Canada. He also declared that if he ever broke that promise through infidelity, he should die in the name of Jesus Christ.

The couple's public exchange of vows has continued to generate mixed reactions on social media. While some people have praised their willingness to hold each other accountable and start afresh, others believe such deeply personal commitments should have remained private.
