Sometimes I just tired the way girls nowadays dress, you can't see this rubbish in the north and that is what somebody will work all his and keep saving for cux of dowry

Likely someone who lives nearby wearing what she felt comfortable in. Nobody will wear that outside for long periods. No different from street guys and constructions workers who wear singlets and boxers to buy from cornershops.
