Saving when capital projects are available to better the life of the citizens isn't a wise idea. During Obi 8yrs, Anambra water board never worked for once . Nigeria as a whole isn't ripe for mandatory savings, alot of infrastructure and human empowerment are in deficit .
If all these are put in place ,Nigeria should start talking about savings in the next 20yrs time.
