Hmmmm..... In every survey they have done pertaining anything in Nigeria. I think this is one of them that almost all Nigerians irrespective of tribe agrees to be 💯 correct.
I have been living in Ogun state in the past 1yr, and the report is 110% correct.
Ogun state roads are just too bad, there's no sugarcoating it. Even the indigenes admits to it.
When I was in Lagos working as a commercial driver. Almost all passengers coming from Ota, Lusada thru Agbara whether inside bus or okada always have their heads covered with dust and their clothes same thing.
Before they board a bus going to their various destination, they always rebath with pure water lolz.
Infact Ogun state is not it jare. And the worst of all their governors is Eleyi of Ogun state.

Even before reading further, i knew Imo will be amongst the top three propping up the list! The surprise is Anambra with a governor that has already done 5 years in office, yet still hasn’t made any appreciable progress in road construction! Maybe if him and Uzodinma could pull themselves away from kissing Tinubu ass for a minute, they might be able to focus and get something done!

It has nothing to do with Development, if you want to know who is developing look at HDI( Human development index) , that's what will give you an Idea of who's developing and is not.
The problem is that some people who lack knowledge in all of these will see VAT returns or IGR and start rejoicing that they're doing well as a state, meanwhile they don't have a clean pipe borne water, no health care, no electricity, no roads, nothing nothing.

Whoever did this survey deserves a place in the anals of history. I have lived in the last three states, currently live in Ogun State and believe me, their road infrastructure is terrible. It can't be well with Ogbeni Eleyi. I served in Kogi State, my God, it is terrible. Is it Kabba road to Asaya Camp, is it dekina road, itakpe to Ajaokuta, Ayingba road, maybe they have been worked on now because I served in 2010 but it was terrible then and I have seen their governors so far, they don't look like serious people. Imo is just an eyesore. I can't even imagine a state that its people make mouth with hotels and money that have terrible infrastructure. The worst is that when they want to construct these roads, or expand them, they don't do it professionally. Imo state has the potential to be a very beautiful place if their leaders actually decide to do the right thing but no. They gather the Ohakims, Okorochas, Hope Uzodinjo and the likes. Very nonsense leadership all round.

And they will not listen when you want to Educate them
