They had to drop it as Hearn's attorney probably had evidence that it was a flawed installation by now and they were about to get thr grand jury testimony proving she lied to the grand jury to get them to indict.
I hope they sanction her for this and refer her to the Bar.

If Raumdeuter, Basilico or Benalcino3 had any shame they would feel like the idgits they are for pushing this and defending this obviously corrupt adminsitration.

However, I do not support illegal immigration, especially this sudden intrusion…. it’s unacceptable.

From what I have read many of those who entered have returned back to Morocco either voluntarily or by the efforts of both the Spanish and Moroccan authorities.

I might forgive people who didn’t know at first and got bamboozled by lies to support them.

But at this day and age, anyone who knowingly supports them is not a good person. You have to have a dark heart to say things that you know will cost someone their life or freedom and stand on it even when you KNOW it’s a lie.

If that man had died in the process of getting arrested, they would have said that he deserved it. They would have lied that he attacked the cops or planned to assassinate the president on that day.

They would have “found” a manifesto he “wrote” detailing how and why he planned to kill the president. And of course they would have found a 2002 donation he made to the Democratic Party and therefore that means all democrats planned with him to assassinate the president.

All over a lie.

They are truly ugly hearted people.

Read this Fauci diary entry closely. Officials would not admit the vaccine was not stopping spread because it might weaken the legal case for mandates. That is not science. That is a cover-up to justify coercion

How long have you lived in the US?
1.) It is the DC District Attorney.
2.) The man was not acquitted, they dropped the charges because Hearn got a good lawyer, made this national and they were about to be exposed. Hopefully Hearn's team doesn't drop it and asks for sanctions.
3.) This is what lawfare looks like. Lying about something and using your DOJ to try to incarcerate an innocent person for politics instead of just acknowledging that you hired a donor in a no bid contract and they messed up the work.

So, it calls into question what instructions the DA gave the grand jury to get the indictment.
Looks like this case will go the way of all this Trump's administration cases.
Ending in a dismissal/acquittal and sanctions of a strongly worded dressing down by the judge.

So, it's easy to see this as a small story but it's a big deal characteristic of the Trump administration and perfectly sums it up.
