When last did you hear about rapture and the coming of Christ in your church? Does you church remind you of eternity and rapture? Do they talk about it properly or is it messages on finance, wealth, prosperity, favour, vision, economic impact etc you hear always?

Jesus Christ is coming soon. If a person dies, Jesus Christ has come soon for such person. If rapture takes place today, Jesus Christ has come soon.

I went to a church in the 90s, when I mentioned the second coming of Jesus Christ they gave me a strange look like which planet is this man from. I could not understand this till I saw this video that Jesus Christ is an invention of the Roman Empire.

Nobody talks about rapture or second coming again. Gone are those days of "Jesus is Coming" message everywhere. You hardly hear anything as such again today.

BTW, a Moslem colleague once told me that the second coming of Christ is also mentioned in the Holy Quran. I will like to know if it is actually true.

The last time I was in a church and I heard a pastor preaching about rapture was in the 90s.

In late 90s, hardly would 2 weeks passed, without preaching, teaching or crusade about salvation, born again, hellfire or paradise , but now 6 months you might not even hear something near it, and in some churches, you will never hear it.

Na Deeper Life dey preach about Rapture in almost every of it's teachings. I missed that church sha. As I don comot, I can't go back there. Now the church I attend doesn't really preach about Rapture cos of the type of church it is. MFM to be precise. Na Deliverance Ministry and it specializes on that. Deeper Life was a church which vision was "Holiness within and without", so it's not surprising when it always preaches on Rapture and the second coming of Christ every time. Na Only Deeper life that I left I can talk about, I don't know of others!
