It's a fact. They would never try to use their attack dogs on Sultan of Sokoto. These people have little regard for Christians, which is why they found it so easy to present a Muslim-Muslim ticket. Their supporters are quick to attack Christianity whenever Christian clerics criticize the government, yet they are often reluctant to challenge prominent Islamic clerics because they know many Muslims will not tolerate what they consider disrespect. For that, Muslims in Nigeria have my respect. Remember when Davido shared a music video to promote one of his artists? It didn't take long for him to take it down after facing backlash over scenes that were perceived to resemble a mosque. Also, in April 2022, Abubakar Suleiman, the Managing Director and CEO of Sterling Bank Plc., posted an Easter message comparing the resurrection of Jesus Christ to Agege bread with the phrase, "Like Agege Bread, He rose." He made the post, yet many Christians just laughed over it and moved on. My point is that Christians in Nigeria are often taken for granted, despite not being a minority. The Catholic Church alone has tens of millions of members across the country. Besides, why does Tinubu's government seem to dislike hearing criticism?
