But tell us what law that was passed is racist against Black people, just one. No one is arguing that racists don't exist, and they work in places like medicine, nursing, law, and policing.

If individuals can be racist and those individuals hold positions of authority to police, judge/sentence, employ, promote or treat black people, do we expect them to magically put aside their racism in the process of doing those jobs?

Does it not hold to reason then that a racist police officer will focus more on finding black offenders? That a racist judge will give maximum sentences to black convicts? And a racist boss will employ/promote less black people?

Hence the documented and well researched evidence showing that black people get arrested more often, sentenced harsher, paid less and mistreated in healthcare than their white counterparts. Hence it’s called systemic racism.
