Why Adeleke Might Win His Reelection by helinues(op): 7:46am On Aug 08
As long as Oyetola is backing an Apc candidate, Aregbesola backing another candidate which is still Apc divided votes, Adeleke will win his reelection

And If Aregbesola decided to support Adeleke, it's still straight winning .

Oyetola being in charge of the Apc in the state has messed things up.

The EFCC illegally freezing Osun state bank account which FG has overturned will give some kind of sympathetic votes for Adeleke because the initial EFCC decision was political

If Aregbe eventually supports Adeleke, it is also a minus for him. His party members who have spent so much for the election will feel betrayed. But then politicians don't think the way we think

Well I just read on this forum by a legal luminary that EFCC is within it's right to freeze osun state account. Let narrow this down to his developmental projects at Osun state and how his tenure resonates with his people. I wish the Osun the best in this election.

They're all crooks.

Osun never had good governance for once

Aregbe half salary

Oyetola zero development, neglect, diversion

Adeleke Capture of Osun State resources and diversion to Davido and family.

All of them should get out.

I am not really interested in who win the Guber election as I have been warning about pending trouble in Osun state for over 2 years on this forum

All the parties involved are trying to play politics of everything getting scattered which Osun people shouldn't allow

Aregbe supporting Adeleke is a big plus.

You see the current political tussle in Osun. state, it all started during the Ondo Apc Guber primary when Aregbe was the governor

Aregbe had his own candidate, FG's Apc backing even though Buhari might not be aware

Mandate group, Tinubu supporters group also had their own candidate.

Eventually, it was a neutral Aketi that won the Apc Guber primary as both Aregbe and Mandate group shared their votes.

Aregbe and Oyetola for now can never work together because Aregbe himself have made several attempt I. uniting with president Tinubu after the issue it it was Oyetola blocking him

It's not even a news. Adeleke will defeat The Ambo guy resoundingnly. The votes coming from Ede, Ife and ilesa are enough to make him win
Based on current stat, we dash APC just two local govts out of the 30. Ikire, the candidate local govt and iragbiji,Tinubu's hometown.

So pe o tilo

If Tinubu can play neutral role in the election, Adeleke will win hands down.

People don't like APC, they only forcing themselves on the throats of Nigerians.

Hahahahhahahahahhahahha

APC better don’t allow the dancing governor to win, else it will show the opposition that APC has a weakness and they must not allow it..

Tinubu, do everything necessary to win. Empty the treasury if you must, give each voter 1billion if you must, just don’t lose..

If Tinubu is not playing a neutral role, the EFCC freezing wouldn't have been overturned, infact, Oyetola would have run the state down with his bitter politics.

The election is just some weeks, why is Oyetola trying to use FG instruments to torment Adeleke when he could have channeled the same energy in canvassing for votes for his candidate in the election

That directive is a mere eye service, because of already tense atmosphere in Osun and Nigeria, if APC eventually wins, people won't blame him for Adeleke defeat.

TINUBU ALREADY TAKEN SIDE SINCE A YEAR AGO, THE LOCAL GOVT ALLOCATION IS ENOUGH TO CONVINCE.

WHAT ABOUT STRONG ACCORD PARTY MEMBERS THAT ARE STILL IN CUSTODY?

Forcebly taken over of NURTW among others.

How many of these happened in Kogi, Imo, Anambra and Ekiti in which all of them are Tinubu boys, the only exception is Edo and the party in govt loosed .

Don't argue about something you don't know

Before the state of Emergency was declared in Rivers state, my thread about it was less than 3 hours before the declaration by the president.

On the said thread, people Initially argued the SOE is a piper dream, after the SOE, they still claim it won't stay

There are some decisions that required considering the consequences before taking actions. If it was Tinubu that ordered that freezing, it can never be reversed , if you like go to ICJ or whatever

Do you know that with Aregbesola full support of Adeleke in 2022 while Oyetola was governor Adeleke only won with about 20,000 votes more than Oyetola with questionable BVAS issues then even though that is water under the bridge but to say the Efcc freezing of the account is illegal is wrong, it is a legitimate action but timing is wrong because it pours cold water on the ongoing issue of harbouring a wanted criminal and voter register found with Adeleke chief of staff during the pice raid.

Adeleke knows he cannot win and that is why he is desperate to curry sympathy and he will get it from corrupt people who care less about public stealing, shobby project execution with the failed flyovers, inflated project contracts and local government suppression by Adeleke.

Adeleke should lose re-election but he "might" win with the level of vote buying with oath taking he has started already before election day.

That's where the contradiction lies. If the Oyetola group have the numbers, why can't they punish Adeleke on the ballot instead of using FG instruments when the election is just some weeks away
