Goalless after 4mins
I still don't know the reason for third place when you neither of the team will qualify. They should just scrapped it

We missed the world cup cos the strike before our final play off.

Nigeria need another superstar,
because,if Osimhen continue to play in Turkey and with this his attitude,
he may not lead us to achieve what is expected from him.
Sometimes I just accept the fate of who he his and what he will become. I'm slightly glad that our coach is gradually building new front line that can score as many goals as possible. If he make himself available he will play, if he said he is not interested others will play. Ain't really expecting so much from him again

Elyte89 tried to be lenient as much as possible which is good for peace sake, but he still cautioned him.

If you have noticed anything wrong with Mr Sugarboyy post, address it,because those two phrases you used does not help the matter.

The only thing wrong with his post is his use of word "asslick" which I forgot to point out.
Bro, I'm not the type that sugarcoat words, I always says it the way it's. The mod here asslick thesupernerd and that's why he always feels nothing would happen to him on this thread even if he chooses to bully and insults those he can.

Lol.

There's no need for all this. What do you suppose calling Seun will achieve? Lol, abeg let's not derail the thread with this nonsense. For me, it is genuinely baffling how anyone on this board is still acting shocked or surprised by that guy's behavior.

Why are you people acting as if his insufferable attitude is a brand-new development? He's a proper pseudo-intellectual who specializes in ego driven punditry. And the real reason he continues to act with total impunity is because you guys on this thread keep stroking his ego endlessly by trying to compromise when arguing with him because you want to be in his good graces, instead of calling him out for his narcissism to his face. Now you've all created a monster and suddenly you're shocked?

If an individual is always surrounded by a choir of enablers who treat every of his misplaced outbursts with kid gloves and concessions, then surely you can't seriously expect such individual to suddenly display basic decency overnight, do you?

Tagging Seun and writing formal petitions is an absolute waste of your time and energy. You said you've been here since 2012. I've been here since around 2015/16. If truly you've been here this long, you should know by now that Seun will never take action on this issue.

Seun, for better or worse, has shown zero interest in micromanaging thread squabbles or calling moderators to order, and he certainly isn't going to start today simply because a few veteran monikers are aggrieved.

If you ask me, there's a solution right there on your screen: use the block feature, mute out the noise, and starve him of the outrage he thrives on instead of drafting open letters that will inevitably be ignored. I myself have him blocked as we speak.

So just block him and let's die all this talk abeg.

The truth is that integrity on Nairaland has never been particularly high anyway. Whatever minimal standard of fair moderation or healthy intellectual debate once existed here has steadily degraded over recent years, with absolutely zero signs of ever getting better.

The blatant double standards, rampant toxicity, and unchecked moderator bias are the exact reasons why so many quality posters I know abandoned this forum years ago and moved over to Twitter. This thread was the only thing keep me tethered to this forum but from the look of things, it's like I'll soon pick my sticks and finally move on to the next town.
Do you know one of the problems that most Nigerians faces, it's the thought of nothing will be done even if you speak out.
As rightly stated, I have been on this forum for over a decade and past experience has shown me that Seun will always respond, even though it will take time. We have had instance in the past where Seun had to change alot of Mods in different sections, dropped some and also employ new others just to bring sanity to this forum.

Your mod here is bias and it didn't just start today. He favours some monikers over some and no matter what his favorites does here (insult and bully), he doesn't give them even a minute ban but whenever his favorites are responded to accordingly, he bans them.
Kindly go through just the last 2-3 pages on this thread and see how a particular moniker, Thesupernerd insults and bullies whosoever have contradictory opinions to his and the mod will never do anything because he is his favourite.
I'm requesting not just for myself but majority here that the mod overseeing this thread should be replaced by someone new and who doesn't have any form of online friendship with any moniker here.

Inasmuch as I agreed that the mod here is greatly biased towards TheSuperNerd,I don't think he was the one removing anyone's comments, rather it is TheSuperNerd who is responsible for those deleted comments.

When a monikers blocks you,all the conversations between you and that particular moniker will automatically disappear and you will neither see any conversations involving that moniker until he unblocked you.

And TheSuperNerd is in the habit of blocking anyone who disagrees with him, probably 50% of this thread is blocked by him.

We are in the quarters now so your second sentence is already false. One more win and your first sentence too will follow. Even with a loss we will have a playoff qualifier spot.
