All in all, subsidy should have gone in 1993, because by now NNPC refineries would be running on pure profit.

The truth is, not removing subsidy led to the mess we have with the refineries. Refienries need to make an absolute profit to work, because 1) all the refineries we have in nigeria are made from oversease materials, 2) refining involves some waste that cannot be used for anything left over.

Had subsidy gone even in 2012, we won't also be asking this question

If you know the role of journalism in a democracy, you won’t have the nerves to make this careless remarks.

You have the right to to support President Tinubu.
It’s a democracy. At least it appears to be. But since Tinubu isn’t a Monarch, he was elected.
