Technically Aregbesola has delivered better than Tinubu.

Ask any Osun worker whether half salary in 2016 is not better than full salary in Tinubu's today.

That half salary was able to achieve more back then than twice salary of today. I prefer half salary of 2022 to full salary of 2026, provided that every other factor are in place.
