The leader of Von Batten-Montague-York, L.C., a Washington, DC–based policy advisory and lobbying firm, Dr Karl Von Batten, has disclosed that there has been a development in the alleged drug-trafficking case against President Bola Tinubu.
Naija News reports that Von Batten stated this in a statement posted on his 𝕏 account on Wednesday.

He said that the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) is no longer stonewalling or blocking the release of the alleged drug-trafficking documents.

He stated that there is no more room for Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu, to hide in his alleged drug-trafficking case.
According to him, the development is a reversal from the DOJ under President Joe Biden, adding that the agency under President Donald Trump will inform Judge Howell of its position concerning the release of records related to alleged heroin trafficking involving Tinubu.
He stressed that the firm would continue to engage the White House and Congress on the issue.

Von Batten said, “We will be sharing all court documents, DOJ documents, and Tinubu’s objection with the public.
“Nigerians will see the man they call President Tinubu pleading for his alleged drug-trafficking records to remain private.
“Nigerians should ask themselves: Would an innocent man do this.”

So it is no longer CIA and FBI blocking the release, it is DOJ.

This Van Basten of a guy should have liased better with Hundeyin but I guess Atiku wanted an update so he is jumping on the phantom Hundeyin court case.

There is no case, Van Basten hasn't done any job unless you mean an excellent job in fleecing Atiku. There is no 10 day anything reduced to4 days.

Like the rest of the Obidients that I challenge to bring congent proof of the existence of this nonsense, you will eventually slither away.

There are countless dead threads on this phantom case. Van Basten breathed life into it to 419 Atiku, he has succeeded as a fool and his money are easily parted.

There was an FOIA filed on behalf of Hundeyin by the Jewish guy as only US citizens can file them. The CIA clearly replied as they will do for everybody, even on an FOIA on you and I. Their standard response was along the lines of "we can't confirm or deny as it could jeopardise ongoing operations".

That was the last of it as per the FOIA. In fact Hundeyin and the Jewish guy, whose name escapes me again, have publicly fallen out since. Yet every so often, Hundeyin would post about a Judge angrily postphoning the case and ordering CIA or FBI to release non existent files.

Prove me wrong by showing us all a link regarding your very first paragraph. A link from a reputable and long standing (news) website ó, not the rubbish ones set up by Hundeyin, with an easily shredded facade, to propagate a phantom case.

Evening to you dear brother, we have waited just over a month, how much longer are we going to wait please?

399 pages and not one has been released. Court case and not one person has been interviewed under camera about it from the various legal departments and law firms of those involved

Isn't judge Beryl Howell going to pass judgement, are we going to continue with this phantom postponement every so often?
