They created a policy called DISASSOCIATION which states clearly members are free to leave if they want by writing a letter to that effect or going to the principal members of the congregation that they are no longer interested

They also have another policy on DISFELLOWSHIPPING members who goes against their rules and regulations.

Look at the way they treat both. If a AJAO is caught for example in fornication, he gets kicked out on count of practising immortality.

The intention of those methods is to make members belief, think and accept that only people that are TERRIBLY BAD leave that religion.
