If they were getting $4 billion a year ,the money went to Maduro who decided what to do with it . Sanctions aside , socialism destroyed Venezuela.
If a colonizer cimes in and their share of the money goes up , Venezuela long used to eating cats and dogs benefit.
Oil money goes into an account controlled by Rubio if you didn't know. Venezuela regive doesn't have the freedom to warte it as we speak.

Say Nigeria gets $46 billion..If a colonizer takes the oil and delivers $60 billion the country benefits.

Venezuela oil is heavy ,very good for asphalt which Chinrse can never get enough of.
Today Venezuela oil is bought at market rates and banked in America.Much better deal ,higher prices than the Chinese were offering. .Every coin traceable.
Venezuela was also gifting Cuba 50-100K barrels of oil every day ,which propped up the Cuba regime. That was stopped .
