Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Chessylelouch:
Good day everyone, I’m in dire need of help
I’m processing my mom visa application and she was refused a visa as about 2024. I’m restarting a new application
She is state government teacher with a monthly salary of 140k, and paid allowances of 120k each month. With expenses summing up to 170k month so her disposable income 90k. We arranged her account to show this value. But I’m worried if her finances will still affect her
Her sis in the uk is sponsoring her visit and accommodation all through. Her husband is sponsoring her flight but we are refraining putting it in the application. The amount they are covering is up to 1000 to 1200 pounds so I hope that’s ok as she is staying for 2 weeks for a visit
What do will fill up as amount to spend in the uk personally, is there anything that can affect this application
This is her refusal letter, pls help with any info

The three to four I’ve assisted with in the last couple of months were “textbook” correct and still denied, just because of the times. They only came through after reconsiderations and PAP; none were approved on the first attempt.
Those also applying on this thread can come here to say the truth about what is currently happening. It is a shitshow.
Also, the “profiles” you claim for yourself definitely don’t exist so that’s why you keep getting and creating different stories at different times. I’m actually the last person on this thread who’d give false hope, so please wait for the gurus to respond.
Good evening Boss,

Trust you're good .
please wanted to make an enquiry what's the ideal dispose income for some one who earns 900k after Tax. or is it possible for him not to spend out of his take home hope it wont be a red flag...also what should be the ideal opening balance as he closed with 3M last month . and also.. should be limit to how inflows and outflows enter the act. within the said period . lastly is 3 /6 months statement okay.

thanks for your continuous enlightments and feedbacks.

The student section is the best place to ask this question.

in my case I transferred 350k from company to personal account, that represents about 10% of my travel costs. I labelled it owners draw. A sole proprietorship business is not different from the owner so legally the company can't sponsor the owner because both are seen as one.
So do you advise transferring the enough money required for the 4days trip from company account to saving account?
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Dealdean: 9:37pm On Sep 06
The funding for my trip came from 3 different sources.

1. Personal savings equivalent of 2 month disposable income , 20% of travel funds
2. Rental income from property , 70% of travel funds
3. Personal draw from business profit , 10% of travel funds.

Please I’m applying for a visit visa for my parents to attend my wedding. In addition to my own letter of invitation as I will be fully sponsoring the trip, could I also provide an invitation letter (as a supporting document) from my fiancé and his parents? or would this be unnecessary? Fiancé is British.

Also, I have just started the application for them and I used my email address. The next questions were:
- Who does this email address belong to? (I chose someone else)
- Do you have an email address? (They do but don’t use it often, so I clicked No)

For phone number too, do I provide theirs or mine since I’m applying for them? Or both?

Will these have any effect on the application?
you
Provide all you can provide,
Phone number = theirs
they will give the visa based on your parents circumstances.

Because of his valid US visa. UK is brutal now.

You clearly have never read the UKVI guidelines or maybe comprehension is the problem. I can't help you.

Thank you for clarifying. People don't seem to understand that asides the published guidelines, visa applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This applicant probably had stronger points with other documents they submitted. The tax document could also have been the deciding factor as well.
Congratulations to him all the same. UK application no be for the faint-hearted right now

You're right, I've not, I was just 'privileged' without actually following the rules, yet granted UK Visa couple of times.

No one requested for your help. cool smiley

Probably, but I've seen people scale through with tax details. In fact, I can count at least one person who works with LASG got 6 months multiple entry without TCC

For my wife I did not even drop her bank statement, didn't even her tax details either, but granted all the same.
