Abeg shift. Talks like this dey disrupt Belle. It's exactly why we're where we're today.

North this.. South this... Shouldn't we be after competency rather than nonsense zoning?
Those who are coming for equity should come with clean hand, just because we have a southern president does not mean we will disregard what has already been on board, if same is done to the South I believe most of us will not like it.

Kunle Soname should first resign as bet9ja chairman or is there anywhere in the world that owner of betting company is managing a football association
He will resign. He needed the confirmation from the presidency first. He wasn't interested in the position according to some sources but some group wants him.

Let see in the coming days what will happen. Don't forget some are also tipping Odegbami cos he has direct access to the presidency first to write to the president concerning the forthcoming election and the suggestion of the interim committee.

Everything will be unfold in coming days

Please what has already been on board ?? Isn't what is on board that led us to this miserable state. Sometimes I wonder what the rationale or thought process is behind statements or line of thought like this. Still arguing for north and south in this era

All things been equal, it's the time of the North. Amaju pinnick already did 8 years of the south is the time of the North to produce the president.
Ibrahim Galadima handed over to Sani Lulu and Sani Lulu handed over to Aminu Maigari. They were all northerners that presided over the affairs of the NFF subsequently.
Even the immediate past administration had Gusau as president and Sanusi as Secretary General and that secretary General position is supposed to be occupied by a Southerner. So, end this rubbish talk and find something else to bring forth. Thank God we will stop seeing failed northern coaches handling our NTs when a Southerner becomes the NFF President

Must you bring this politics nonsense into football?

Even if we should allow a northerner take over, who among them is qualified for the position like Soname, Emenalo, Odegbami and even Olofijana? I mean people who have prior experiences in football administration... Name one

That's an appointed position right? If it's, the next NFF president will surely drop and appoint theirs

Benjamin - Back in training but still not being rushed.

Zadok - Rotation. Oriola is on the bench today. He was not the last time.

The Abdul Abdulmalik transfer saga rages on... Boreham wood chairman don talk. 1.5M pounds fron Djurgardens IF for Malik turned down (a record for the National League ooo) but time tells...

🚨 BREAKING: Boreham Wood chairman Danny Hunter has issued an update on the Abdulmalik transfer situation in his programme notes for tomorrow's game.

Hunter says he feels he must “stand up to outside noise, to see passive-aggressiveness for what it is” - and says recent press leaks “are unhelpful to all concerned as they unsettle the player unnecessarily and just add to the noise, the me, me, me culture and poor behaviour.”

On Abdulmalik’s current situation, Hunter says:

🗣️ “Abdul is refusing to train with us or play, though he is still very much our player and has two years left on his contract.”

Hunter says Abdulmalik has “downed tools” and adds:

🗣️ “If I was a betting man, and I’m not, I would expect, when the transfer window closes next Tuesday, that an unhappy Abdul will still be with us.”

Hunter says the club’s valuation has already been reduced by £350k, but the door remains open:

🗣️ “If the buying club wants to agree the add-ons and finalise a transfer agreement, then let’s get on with it, as I’m ready and waiting.”

Finally done! 23y/o Abdul Abdulmalik moves for a New National League Transfer record to Djurgardens🇸🇪

Report says it is well over the 1.5M pounds initial last offer and shatters Vardy's 1M pounds move at age 25 to Leicester from Fleetwood town (then in the national league)

If they are truly doing excellent job handling all positions being handed over to them, someone like me wouldn't care less, but they have led us one step forward 40 steps backwards.

From becoming the worst administration to all our youth teams no longer a force to be reckon with, most of these failures are under their care,
And all of these is just because this country's political powers are in their favor.
The northern population will always spun every electoral system and appointments to their favor.
History have shown that they are not the best in Nigeria especially sports and entertainment yet they will continue to seek the right to continue to dominate.

A system where those who are voted into power or appointed are based on merits, competency and ability is what this country need rather than all these tribal circumgyratory patterns that have led us to nowhere.
