I am happy that we have a new sheriff in town in Eric Chelle. The man mean business and he is on a mission to build a formidable supereagles. Hopefully with a competent NFF coming on board the days of junk players get invited to the SE will be a thing of the past. The days of some of these junk players paying some influencers to be pushing a narrative for their inclusion in the SE will no longer hold any water. Kelechi Iheanacho need to get out of the Turkish second division go to a top 5 league and prove that he is still capable before I will even consider giving him a second look. Even at that he is not really Eric chelle type of player. Eric chelle system demand hard work, constant pressing and running. Lazy players like Iheanacho simply can not function in that system. Kelechi Iheanacho need to tear the Turkish second division up so he can get a nice big money move to the gulf countries probably Saudi Arabia for that retirement money. Go there chop plate and clean mouth no dulling. His time in the SE is over. |

Funny how you count Andsungorilla as "one of them". Did you not see his closure? He is almost always lining his thoughts with sarcastic intent. Lol Papi85: |

KC has contributed to the SE but it’s time for him to be retired. Certain players we just need to move on from. AFCON 27 should see the likes of Ndidi and a few other from his set retired once the competition is over. |

Anyone who was around for the whole Decree 101 saga years ago in the 2000s, know this was pure Government interference but like you said, Infantino and co are on board so that is why no eyebrows are being raised at FIFA. Besides, we also kinda needed a change at the glasshouse and needed it done somehow. I only hope we dont go from frying pan into hell fire. The change better yield something positive for once. Iheanacho vs Egypt in 2021 Afcon. Are you serious? Everyone remembers that thunderous matchwinner naa. The fact we dont want Nacho invited from Turkey's seriki 2 league (Na Charles' trademark) does not mean we should alter history. elyte89: |

Meanwhile, perhaps someone should check if Iheanacho is up for any Igwe position in his homestate... A player from English 9th Tier is going to be an "Igwe" in Uganda. Lol

Amedino99:None of their players would be difficult for us to convince, but they would still have problems convincing the likes of Saka and Olise to choose them, maybe Morocco stood a chance, but still they were unable to convince Olise to play for them. |

Napoleon55:"Top talented players" according to who? The only time we get diaspora borns is when we have foreign coaches. Our local coaches are too lazy to scout and recruit diaspora born. They are also corrupt. The NFF led by Ibrahim Gausau put a ban on diaspora born playing in the age grade teams and local journalists continue to package below average homebased players. These are the root causes of the problem. Address that and every other issue will solve itself. Stop playing dumb. DRC FA have a go to person that helps them recruit from their diaspora. Who is our "person" Lets start from there. |

Owngoal reported it too but I believe they are in Kelechi Iheanacho payroll for his marketability purposes. I can not see in a world where he is in Eric Chelle plan. He is simply not the profile he is looking for. Eric Chelle system needs you to be fluid, press and constantly running and he is just not that kind of a player. I will be extremely shocked if he is on that list. |

Let me even try get into Chelle's head here for the CF role. ❌️Osimhen OUT *as at last reports ❌️Onuachu OUT *as at last reports ⁉️Terem Moffi, Unsure (was injured in Hamburg game over the weekend. Extent of injury not known yet) ✅️Akor Adams, IN (Sure banker to be called). ❔️🟢Tolu Arokodare, Maybe (in form but will see). ❔️🟢Rafiu Durosinmi, Maybe (will see, been decent in Belgium). ❔️🟢Taiwo Awoniyi, Maybe (He had a good game vs Man City over the weekend so will see). ❔️🟢George Ilenikhena, Likely (Expected to be the new guy called up in attack). ❔️🟢Victor Boniface, Unlikely (still finding his fitness and feet at Leverkusen this season). ❔️🟢Cyriel Dessers, Maybe (He is fit and in good form despite his red card last game). ❔️🟢Salim Fago Lawal, Unlikely (Needs to play more at Plzen). ❔️🟢Umar Sadiq, INJURED (no chance). ❔️🟢Josh Maja, Unsure (Never been called under Chelle but is back in Ligue 1 and playing). ❔️🟢Kelechi Iheanacho, Unlikely (Would be surprised if he makes it but we will see). ❔️🟢Moses Usor, Unsure (Inform and UCL-involved even now but Chelle may be cautious about calling up lots of new faces but will see) Any other CF option out there has not been capped by The Super Eagles. SolaFide:I have seen him play. He looks like a good player but he is simply not better than the players in front him. I just did not see anything in his game that made me scream wow this boy is a baller. He looked lightweight to me. I could be totally wrong though. He needs to continue to perform and hopefully transition to one of the top leagues where good performances there will get him noticed. The boy is not a scrub and he is someone I believe is in Eric Chelle data book. |
