Yesterday a business colleague told me of his friend who lives close to him, they met on Saturday and on Sunday morning he heard he was dead! Just like that!

Please men, take care of yourself, eat healthy, exercise and stay safe. learn to put yourself first! Choose yourself first in everything, esp over a woman. That girl you're always trying to impress, buy things for, send money to, etc will never choose you if she was in your shoes.

Understand this, whatever you refused to do for a woman, there's a man somewhere willing to do it for her and even much more! Just don't be that man!

I think it depends
But I have figured out that copulation can take a pgysical toll on men than women especially now that people hardly eat natural diet

because woman are made not to stress there self much. And that what ever we men have, will later be there own

Man will use all sort of nonsense herbs just to satisfy a woman. A woman that most times w'll just lie on her back and allow the man do most of the work.
Men mostly take drugs and energy drinks, way more than women.

Men do bricklaying, solar installations, carpentry, and many dangerous jobs, mostly to please women. Women on the other hand, mostly just sit one place in the market or shops to sell.

Men risk their lives on the battlefield, inhaling all sort of toxic gasses or substances.

There're many things men do that makes them kpai earlier than women.

No matter the message, some will still learn the hard way.
