Lady shares shocking letter a teenager wrote to her in church over her dressing
A woman has sparked a conversation online after sharing a letter she said was written to her by a teenage girl who criticised her dressing and linked women’s clothing to men’s sexual behaviour.

In a viral video, the woman said the teenager handed her a letter containing several observations about her conduct and appearance.

According to her, one part of the letter accused her of distracting herself and other people, describing it as a sin.

She said another section advised her to “be dressed modestly as possible” and claimed that when a man looks at a woman lustfully, most of the blame should be placed on the woman if she is dressed indecently.

The woman took issue with the criticism, saying she considered her outfit to be modest.

“Look at me. See how I’m dressed,” she said, explaining that she had deliberately maintained a conservative style when attending church.

She said she had not worn anything above her ankles to church for about a year because she preferred dresses that flowed down.

Despite this, she said the teenager described her clothing as indecent and suggested that her appearance could make men lust after her.

The woman said the letter also contained the claim that women were responsible for men’s lust “80% of the time” because of the way they dressed.

She questioned the mindset behind such an argument, particularly because the letter was allegedly written by a girl she estimated to be about 15 or 16 years old.

“This is the mentality. This is the kind of person that tomorrow she will get married,” she said.

She then raised concerns about how such beliefs could affect the way the teenager might respond if her own child were ever sexually assaulted.

She argued that blaming a victim’s clothing could lead to harmful questions about what the victim was wearing rather than focusing responsibility on the perpetrator.

The woman further described the teenager as being “male-centred” at a young age, arguing that such attitudes could persist despite efforts to promote gender equality and feminism.

She concluded by reiterating her disbelief that her outfit had been described as “lustful”, given the effort she said she had made to dress modestly.

I blame this woman for not joinging the teenage teaching group to educate this teenager that women are not responsible for the actions of pigs who can not control themselves.

A small girl like that already consumed by the spirit of envy. Except she was acting on the instruction of an adult, the tone was worrying. Thankfully this lady reported to the parish priest. There was nothing indecent about that long dress she wore.

You can't be properly dressed and get such message, if it were true that she dressed properly and still got the message, she could have discarded the message. Why then is she telling us about it. We follow her go the church? And the girl is right, if a man looks at a woman lustfully the fault(80%) is on the lady if she is dressed indecently. The girl isn't wrong there. It's not about wearing long dress, you can't wear something really tight and justify it because it's long.

Ladies are yahoo-guys naturally. Always looking for the extra tips.

One old aunty with four kids dresses so exposed with all flesh in full view. If you don't know her reach home, you might want to indulge in sinful act with her.

Kids have no filter and this is worse with teenagers. The most likely truth is that this woman covered up to make this video. For a child to be this bothered to write a note, please dress modestly when going to the church next time

Maybe just take the advice (if any) and just dress modestly and not bother the internet about things like this.

Most probably, the dress in the video isn't what she wore when she received the letter from the teenager (if there was actually a teenager)

she noticed her dad has been eyeing you in church and she feels that is the only way to pass her across not to cross the line. You have big boobs and ass, so in that dress you are wearing, it figures it out more..... some guys understand wot am saying! Lolz. All the same, the girl needs to be questioned for her real reasons by the church committee on ethics and conduct, also they review your dressing that looks covered up to you, but may be not to all

Yes content, but if women can learn from the content.

Church or no church, your private body parts need to be treated, that is number one reason, you went to market to buy clothes, because you want to cover your nude.

Open body or not open body, man that would come your way, will definitely come to meet you.

If a woman càn jealous protect her phone, by passwording it, how much much her body, which she is supposed to give utmost respect for.

This could also be interpreted for one to kpai the source of the temptation don't you think?
This same mindset is why many women wont make heaven just because they feel men shouldn't have lustful desires when they parade indecently, that young girl is smarter and brave. And should be applauded.

Ewoo ! ennnvy! If you use G wagon block my jaalopi nd i correct you ... that could be envy you know

When you tell folake not to kum to ur husband house bralezz, she could say " envy" or "insecurity" if we compare .

Indecent is relative, it is place or audience dependant, what folake dont see wrong you can never dare to wear out.

you lose guard tongue

Did you need to answer the clout chaser, apart from heavenly sake.

How would a lady of 25 or more would be dress in which a teenage boy of 15 would be lusting towards her, some useless small boys would even give her attention in other to toast her.

That's total disregard for oneself, for someone who really has single regards for herself.
