Handover note is what he prepared by himself which was what he's using to lie everywhere. What Anambra state government published was a verified documents, documents from banks and ministries. What obi is carry around are his way to note he used to deceive Obiano. Let obi bring statement of accounts with names of bank officials who signed the documents so Nigerians can verify it.
