She had to walk that back as well.

Tatum's other two examples — a male athlete CNN keeps calling "she" in women's sports coverage, and the network's breathless 2024 reporting that Joe Biden was in "intense debate preparation" at Camp David, later revealed by insiders to mean days of napping — round out a pattern that isn't random.

The prosecution did not prove its case beyond the reasonable doubt of 11 jurors, and the defence failed to convince one juror. Still, the jury has done its duty and I am very satisfied with their collective decision.

The prosecution can after all retry the case, though I can see more than one juror holding out if they do, and just for the sake of it.

And I've come to the conclusion that you may have a bias here (no disrespect). Because I can't reconcile with what I believe is your justice mindedness, with what you believe about this case, with the fact of the case (as presented to the jury).
