call 300, ask them you want to speak with their enterprise department.

Thanks boss
Although i did that yesterday, initially the agent who registered the sim put it on a mobile tariff(betagist) and i called 300 and it was migrated to Home Broadband but still no bonus activation even with the 5GCPE to 312

I got through to the Mtn enterprise help desk and they ask for device IMEI and sim serial number and said it has been escalated to the backend team to trigger the bonus

call around 10-11am, connect to enterprise and ask to speak with a supervisor. By then they're always available including more higher ups that don't work around 4pm and weekends

put the sim in a very small feature phone and send 5GODU to 312. If it doesn't work, put it into the router and send the code

MTN recently introduced a pre-registration platform for interested customers to complete and make payment before they can connect you to an outlet/agent with the FlyX device. I cannot verify if walk-in purchases are still allowed.

https://flyx.mtn.ng/register/sim

Please I went through the link got the registration and payment made, but I was expecting them to give me a definite store to go, but they said any store in the mail I got acknowledging the pre-registration is done, please can you share your experience or will there still be follow up mail

I just got mine (Mtn 5G ODU) and it didn’t come with the 100Mbps unlimited promised for a month, do i need to buy data to activate it?

I just hope you got it directly from MTN. If you got it from an agent, you may have been given a used device that might not be properly registered with your credentials. Where you got the device from is very important.

Only available in MTN Service Centres.

Visit the Service Centre nearest to you and complete the registration after which an installer will be assigned to deliver the device to your location.

Just be patient, keep reaching out to them. It should have been registered and activated at the office you bought it. Bombard then with calls and messages. When it works, it works greatly.

I went to their headquarters at Abuja and I was told it’s not available because I paid online meanwhile someone walked right in front front and he got it. Their agents are reselling it and adding additional price to it.

We are too greedy in this country, I went to several MTN stores to get the ODU and they are calling 50k for me for device we don't own and we are only paying for data.
Is 5k gain too small for these people

Same experience I had. I went to call them out on twitter because why will you tell me it’s not available because I paid online and then someone walked in right after me to buy thesame thing, he made enquiry and you directed him to one corner and he came out with same device you told me it’s not available

I just renewed my mtn odu plan but I didn't receive the data and my money was debited. I recharged via My. Mtn. Ng.

I already called and chatted with them on Twitter and they are saying saying to exercise patience. It's been 2 hours.

Has anyone experienced this before and what's the way forward?
