SolaFide:The ways lookman and Adams just lost form suddenly. I still can't get over the lackadaisical performance from at least half of the team today. Nwabali and the defence bar bassey should be blamed but the incompetence of our forwards got me livid. Misplacing passes and spurning the little we even got to create |

Even Morocco, the best team in Africa did not win us 3-0 but GB took us to a cassava farm and scored three against us. The NFF cannot protest because even Nigeria does not have good pitches because I don't see why in this era our players should be playing football on such abominable pitches. It's unacceptable. |

The team that played against Portugal and Poland and in the Unity cup, why Chelle dey troway face for them... Bewene Alhassan Yusuf Otele Emmanuel Fernandez Igoh Ogbu Tochukwu Nnadi Rafiu Durosimi Samson Tijani Igboke Nwaiwu Even Benjamin Frederick.....or was there call ups for those matches just in vain with no hope of gradual integration into the super eagles? For this senior super eagles player to collect 3-0 and winning a lean 2-1, Chelle should not be scared of taking out some players then |

joelsteron:You can't teach an old dog new tricks my brother, there's no amount of role switching and tactical Maradona any coach will do that will make the likes of Ndidi, Onyeka and even Iwobi any more dynamic...these guys are aging and are past their prime. I can still see a world where Iwobi will still be useful for us, but I doubt he will get any better than what he offers us now. |

Akom Adam's, has really lost form. Look at when George came in, Nigeria almost scored. As a striker you need to position or look for space so that you can received pass and scored. Adam js really lost it. The coach is just playing in base on he's form in Afcon. |

minsfelix2:He discarded all these players for reasons best known to him and stuck with the old guards, these players gave you a style of football we all loved during the unity cup and friendly games...yet somehow Chelle is too cowardly to stick to what worked for him because he's afraid of probably offending the "experienced players". I can bet that the unity cup team would have fared way better against Guinea bissau than the rubbish we saw today. |

yinkeys:Bro na only for Qualifiers this guy's dey always look beastly against us...if we met them at Afcon we usually dispatch them...why can't we solve this qualifiers problem for once eehhnnn Angola stopped us from going to 2006 WC Junior Congo and Sudan stopped us from going to Afcon 2015 Guinea stopped us from going to Afcon 2012. Benin, Lesotho, Zimbabwe,SA stopped us from going to 2026 WC... The only time top teams stopped us in a qualifier was in 2017 Afcon where Egypt stopped us and 2022 WC where Ghana stopped us |

Ajayi has been good in Hull city this season, what happened, he didn't play well in our last two games. |

Chelle's mistakes started with the lean midfield he decided to approach this window with. Only 4 Midfielders with 1 now a benchwarmer. The midfield injury crisis was not enough excuse to go with a midfield limited in number, ability and balance. Also, his decisions to go with Semi Ajayi & Ndidi who clearly struggled vs Madagascar backfired. Bassey deserved a stronger, faster CB partner. Bright who came in for Aina struggled as well. Bruno was absolutely the worst today. Akor Adams has been crap these last 2 games and also was shocked he was just onfield while Awo was subbed out. Chelle has to correct these lapses and it starts with some Personnel changes. Enough of us managing "has beens" and "limited pros" AndSunGorilla: |

123jamessmith:Akor Adams is not really the player you guys make him out to be. His finishing is extremely poor for a center forward. Positioning and goal-scoring instincts associated with most elite strikers inside the box are completely absent in his game. He scored 10 goals in the Laliga, and almost half of them were penalty kicks. Sevila was desperate for cash, and the only team ready to pay anything for him was Vanezia. Dude, talent-wise, is not even in the top 5 in the center-forward position in Nigeria currently. He developed this chemistry with Oshimhen at the Afcon, and this is the only reason why I have not completely written him off. Eric Chelle needs to understand that he is a systematic player and not a regular plug-and-play striker. If Victor Oshimhen is not available, stop inviting him. The gap between Victor Oshimhen, George IIenikhena, and the rest is like the Gulf of Mexico. |

minsfelix2:Let's just hope Madagascar helps get points off them while we win ours cause we are officially in wahala. How will guinea Bissau of all nations be beating us like we committed a crime. Chelle should please play players in form next time. I just hope osimhen, Fernandez, Femi Azeez, yohanna and orban are with the team next month. Ndidi should even be blocked on the super eagles WhatsApp group |

Time for Nwabali to be benched. Too flatfooted. Okoye too doesn't inspire confidence. I'll rather Arthur Okonkwo is given the #1 shirt. The Bassey/Ajayi centre back pairing is not our best and strongest. Ajayi is not press resistant, not a ball-playing defender and I reckon is the poorest in terms of technical ability amongst our centre backs. Needs to be dropped for Fredericks or Nwaiwu at Right Centre-back. Never thought any team would beat our main team 3 - 0 under Chelle but anything is possible in football. Overall, a nightmarish day in the office. Chelle will learn, grow and get better with this result. |

These players are not the problem. Eric Chelle is tactically poor and by the time Nigeria would have realized it, the damages would have been done. I have also noticed that there are some paid individuals running a PR for him. They are also here. Eric Chelle will mess up both our AFCON and Olympics chances. Bookmark this. |

Nwabali for whatever reason should not near super eagles or preferably relegated to the bench. For crying out loud , the four goals scored against him ,he never attempted to even dive. Similar to the goal scored against in the last afcon( Tunisia). Then he was complaining of injury? Is he still injured? It is only Nigeria that a player playing regular football in Italy will be benched for a Chippa United player. It's well. |
