Oga with the money Lagos state generates in your truthful opinion is it signifying it's potentials?
Drive around the expensive areas or better still watch on YouTube, do those streets in lekki look like a place that Burkina faso guy will come and copy or learn from?
A friend told me of a south african paddy of his that came visiting, the guy said he should show him where the rich folks live, he drove him around VI, the SA guy said it cannot be, how can rich areas have open gutters?
Except you are not truthful to yourself the place is almost a slum and this observation is made in good faith devoid of malice, but rather hoping things could be better.
When you're filled with bitterness and envy you won't see anything good.
In terms of landmass Lagos state is the smallest in the country but in terms of population it's at par with Kano state, the largest in terms of population and people from other states and regions still keeps on boarding night bus to come and live in Lagos.

You were making sense until you exposed your western sympathizing aspect.....like what tf is wrong with Putin and Xi?.....these are patriotic men who have done well for their individual countries...it isn't a must to follow the western system of government especially seeing that it isn't as noble as they would want the world to believe.
What is wrong is that they win 98% of votes in elections and opposition keep disappearing grin
In Nigeria if you wear "Tinubu must go" you're arrested. In US you can wear "Trump.is an Idiot" into the oval office and nothing will happen to you!

That anambra fraud never built a standard transport system when he was governor.

But he is best to happen to his brothers because of tribal affiliation.

Not just sense.

A leader that have empathy and compassion.

A leader that does not love his tribe more than his nation.

Nigeria need a leader that have communal love for Nigeria as a society.

Nigeria need a leader that love to see every Nigerian and every part of Nigeria developed and working perfectly not a leader that only wants his village to be developed while other parts of the country languish in underdevelopment and neglect.

Nigeria need a leader that sees the best in people from all tribes and not only in people from his tribe and community like Tinubu
Mention just three non-igbos Obi has mentored or impacted their lives.

I don't see what is special about it, just Lagos State has done this type of project many times under different governors, Burkina Faso can only compete with a state in Nigeria.

You've been conditioned to think that. Same as you have been conditioned to see polygamy as bad.

Is all democratic rules good? Can you predict their outcomes?
yomisams:
Well it all depends, I don't think military rule is a good thing. cos not all military rule are nice and you can't predict the outcome, most times.

And what difference has the civil rule made so far? After the civil war, Nigeria has never been so divided as what it is today under the civil rule.

And nobody is paying any social media influencer to praise Traoré, nor be every leader belike una greedy corrupt propaganda leaders for naija. They are praising Traoré base on his performance

Were you older than Dennis Amachree the retired Assistant Director of Operations and Intelligence for the DSS who led the investigation??
General Sani Abacha died on June 8, 1998, at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa Guest House in Abuja.
Amachree wrote that Abacha suffered a heart attack (cardiac arrest) during sex with a pharmacist.
Amachree tracked the woman to Lagos and questioned her. Her immediate response to investigators was that she did not cause his death at all and that he passed away while they were being intimate
Amachree stated that conspiracy theories about Abacha being poisoned by foreign visitors or tainted food was pure nonsense.

Bitterness and envy? You guys and heavy mouth way pass you paygrade. Envious of you or Lagos? How do you know you are more lagosian than me, I can bet you are not even from the state, at best someone in that moved here recently. Anyway even if you have ancestral roots to the state it befits you no advantage over any other citizen as this is federal republic of Nigeria and must live with that fact or hug the nearest transformer. Go and enter brt bus and tell them you are from Lagos and wount pay then see as you will be turned into a punching bag. Yeah we know your gang, your mentor ie lekki street boy, the owo mida boys, you lot causing a nuisance, no contribution to Lagos other than entitlement.

The country should enjoy their massive development while it last. The issue with junta leaders is that they don't usually know when to leave the stage until they eventually become the evil they once contended against.
