charlesemeka85:I think the reason Bewene got a call up ahead of isife is because he is eligible for u23 while the latter is not. In addition they are both talented, it as to be one of them. Having watched both, put bewene in Slavia he will to better than isife. For anyaosi, he will soon get his chance. He is not in Russia because he is not eligible for next Olympics |

Joebie:Did you not appreciate the way '94 performed outside Africa. Conquering Africa is just a stepping stone. Of course the ultimate goal is to be among the best in the world and win the World cup. Why do you I've always suggest we goes for only the best of the best foreign borns that can take us to greater heights. But as things stand now,we have to think of building a solid team first,Conquering Africa, qualifying for WC before thinking of winning world cup |

In as much as I dont agree with some of Chelle's decisions, it will also be unfair to not address this ignorant comment you just made about "Chelle and agent's good book." If there is any player that seems not in Chelle's good book, it is Ebenezer Akinsanmiro in Serie A, so far, because of how he was ignored this window despite the midfield crisis. Now listen, Abdullahi Bewene got his Super Eagles chance in the same window that Samuel Isife was injured. This was in Early June before the 2026 WC began. Should we have invited an injured Isife?? I said it here that Bewene got his chance because several RB options that were being considered were not available at the time. This is also why a Christian Akpan got called up in same window for the Portugal game. Bewene came in and shone and that is why he keeps getting invites. Isife's time will come. On Ayaosi. It is this season he began shining bright with Slavia as he only joined them in the summer from MFK Karvina where he did very well. A very good player but Chelle was already looking at Otele at LW remember?? Even Yira Sor was considered too at a point. Is it not Usor that just recently got called up from LASK after doing so well last season and even led them to a league and cup double?? That is how Ayaosi too will get his chance. The one I am actually pissed about is David Moses. But even he was injured this current window and only just returned for a cameo of 15mins before the international break kicked off. All these Slavia lads have been constantly mentioned and brought up with Chelle's scouts and Isife was close to an invite in June but injury stopped him. Simple. charlesemeka85: |

Bewene is 2004 born so he is also not eligible for the U23s. He turns 22 next month. Isife is also 2004 born and he is already 22. Current U23 Eligibles are players born in 2005 and younger. And yes you are right. They are both talented but Isife was injured at the time Bewene got his chance. Both names were on the RB list before Chelle made his decision. And you got it right on Ayaosi. dymusty86: |

Thank God say na u post am. I saw it and ignored it after that crap performance vs GNB. I wish Betis the best. Bruno had a really solid Afcon but these players cant ride on that afcon grace forever. Afcon ended 9months ago. Bruno needs to wake up coz that LB role is not settled just yet. charlesemeka85: |

Alex Iwobi and Wilfred Ndidi made a combined 26 pass entries into the final third. Iwobi made 16 pass entries while Wilfred Ndidi made 10 pass entries. I brought up this stats for those that thinks Wilfred Ndidi is all about defending, and does nothing in the middle. |

Meliforme:Aside Iwobi, no other player made pass entries into the final third much more than Wilfred Ndidi. |

🇳🇬🇪🇦 Destiny Kosiso's hattrick for Barca U12s vs Villarreal U12s in LaLigaFC Futures tournament. His 2nd goal is the best for me. Holding off a bigger kid showing strong hold up play and then slaloming his way through their defence to finish.

Something bugs me about the Super Eagles please. With our rich football history and accomplishments why don't we get well established football managers? Look at Senegal and Patrick Viera, Ivory coast and Hervé Renard. I read somewhere that Dwight Yorke wants to coach Ghana. |

FT DRC 1-1 Uganda (2nd leg friendly) First leg friendly saw Uganda beat DRC 2-0. 18y/o James Bogere scored again vs DRC. A last min equaliser. After 2 friendlies this window, Uganda beats DRC 3-1. DRC played with all their new recruits during this window and still got beaten!

He never lived up to expectations despite his immense talent Abegiiiiii I prefer gift orban on eagles set up. Onvlce those issues are sorted out, it'll be Orban, ilenikhena (sorry for my railroading him earlier) and the big gun himself (VO-9) All other strikers should focus on their clubs abeg |

TheSuperNerd:Great news. We really need this kid to continue to get better. He is a very good player. Technically sound and can get dirty when he needs to. The continuos development of this kid and Akinsanmiro will solve alot of our midfield problems. If we can steal francis Onyeka from Germany then all these midfield talk will be a thing of the past. |

Is Calvin Bassey the Taribo West regen? Both 6’1, left footed, no-nonsense, strong and gritty CBs who play across the back line and occasionally make darting forward runs? Also both pastors, and have unique hairstyles. |

solonnachi:Is the Senegalese AFCON winning coach well established ? Is the Ivorian AFCON winning coach well established ? What we lack is structure & organisation S/Africa got to the World Cup & beat S/Korea, all thanks to proper planning and organisation Nigeria is still a house of commotion Randy Waldrum already stated that we need to change the way we do things, not all that fire approach last minute jarg.on A coach is just one person, he won’t solve all of Nigerias football issues We need long term investment and strategic planning to fix foundational problems How are countries like Spain, France or even our counterparts in S/Africa or Senegal going about it Before you know it, we’d be struggling to qualify for AFCON because our European based players don’t want to risk getting injured on a bad pitch. We may not qualify for 2030 World Cup I guess we don’t have African based players that can do the job ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBwznYPXaDg?si=dhi235yygCR8mOCW |
