He said while he's talking surveyors are out there surveying in Edo. Shouldn't all surveying be completed before finalizing the project? Am I missing something? |

The Peter Obi suppprters and Atiku kachalla the bandit sponsor knows the econmic and political importance of the costal highway and that is why they are doing everything to discredit and ensure the project does not start, progress or finish but God has defeated their plans and the poeople of the niger delta and water side should aligne themselves to vote massively for president Tinubu reelection to ensure this project continues and completes because God forbid if they smell asp rock talk more of seating tbere the first thing they will stop is this project but go to adamawa and see road network you will think that where all nigerria crude oil is coming from but they never stopped such project or fix all roads in nigeria to build such road metwork but anything for the good of niger delta must be on hold until all northern roads and seaport enter Anambra the ijaws cannot get anything yet it is the resources of the niger delta they use to build everything. God purnish Peter Obi, Atiku and all their supporters combined. Amen |

I can't even fully understand what umahi is saying here with his speech littered with you know you know, a certified engineer who really knows what he is doing would have first done a proper survey and environmental assessment of the whole stretch of the proposed coastal road before commencing construction. Now it seems it's only lagos, ogun and ondo that will now be enjoying the coastal view while using the road while niger delta states where the money for the construction is coming from won't even have such privilege of enjoying the coastal view like lagos and other sw states this is not fair to the people of the niger delta they have been shortchanged. |

When they were saying coastal road Chagoury was dreaming of California and its sandy beaches like the Lagos he knows. He didn't travel out of Lagos to see what the real coast of Nigeria looked like. Anyone who went to school looking at the map of Nigeria will observe that the vast majority of the coast are bordered by estuaries that house enormous wetlands, mangroves, swamps. They should ask why upland oil exploration is so tedious and expensive in those places. This is where this block headed government decides to build a highway through, using interest bearing foreign credit at a time of crushing economic conditions.... I just don't know how these people.think.... All just to satisfy Chagoury. What tourism is anyone going to do in mangrove swamps and places so vulnerable to tidal shifts where land and water interchange seasonally. It will not only cost mindless amounts money to build in those places but will sink us economically to maintain. |

Pls Umahi carry on God bless you. All those who can't understand the vision behind these roads will kpai of pain. Go and read America history: In 1956 the then US president signed an act called Super Highway Act to unlocked so many US state and boost US economy AND the super highway started from ocean View in Florida passed through nearly 18 states in US up to Canada and they called it "i95 Super Highway" this road is serving over 110 to 120 million America today with total 40% GDP adding to US economy through this road. I stand to be corrected go and verify what I said. BUT in Nigeria its a sin or rubbish according to failures. Failures hear me: plus you or minus you the super Highway has come to stay and you can't do nada about it than crying, the project is a revelation that carries vision with a lifetime benefits. God bless Nigeria. God bless Tinubu.. |

If Nigerians come out enmass in 3 months time to vote out this government, it will reset the political system of this country forever. No longer will politicians assume that the electorate can be taken for fools. And people who have been making noise that they installed governors and presidents will be confined to the dustbin of a bad history. IF ONLY….. |
