A Nigerian lady was arrested by NDLEA officers at the airport after a keg of palm oil she was asked to deliver to someone in Saudi Arabia was found to contain illicit drugs.

She reportedly received the keg from someone else and was told to take it to another person in Saudi Arabia. She claims she had no idea drugs were hidden inside.
The video shows officers cutting open a metallic container (looks like a motor oil keg) and pouring out a thick, oily brownish substance. Inside are multiple plastic-wrapped packages that appear to be the concealed drugs.

Some commenters pointed out that using an engine oil-style container for “palm oil” was already a major red flag, and that modern airport scanners (CT machines) make it very hard to hide things this way under normal checks.

NDLEA should mention her name and also her family must pay the agency for saving her life

If na people from dat side now, Dey will mention the full name

All of these drug and fake products schemes can be stopped in less than 1year.

Step 1: Make an executive order that drug crime attracts death by lethal injection.

Step 2: Incentivize the NDLEA and NAFDAC to catch these culprits and arraign them.

Step 3: Like the governor of my state does, any house where the culprits were caught storing, processing or selling these substances should be demolished.

Step 4: The case should never exceed 3 weeks.

All of them go learn. But we're treating them with kids gloves... Fines and jail terms that are only slaps on the wrist.

innovative drug pusher, una no dey tire?

I wonder how these drug dealers are getting Visas to travel in the first place.

Someone probably snitched on her. No way they would've known there's something inside that palm oil

As an NDLEA officer, first things they check is unusual weight..the moment they notice a difference in normal weight then they know something is concealed. Imagine how heavy thet keg would be?

This is content creation. Why you no show the NDLEA red jacket as them dey cut the keg? You can't travel with red oil normally via the airport na, them go reject am. I escorted my aunt once to the airport when she was travelling back to Sweden, she had to drop the plastic bottles of palm oil at MMIA Lagos, they rejected the substance and said she couldn't travel with it.

Hmmm. People funding different ways to “ get clever” in a bad way. If she is innocent, then I am happy she was rather caught in Nigeria than Saudi. They should also find the person that sent her that package. Some people are so evil. Chai

Sending palm oil to someone abroad should have make this woman suspicious if it's true that she's innocent because palm oil are very easy to buy in all African Stores, Asian Stores, and almost all major Stores in overseas.

Who in their right senses will put palm oil inside an engine oil container instead of a clean brand new mostly transparent or white containers.

See Palm oil when we de find to cook beans for house , naim this woman just go waste like this 😩

Common sense dude.. ..common knowledge.

When the culprit is a Yoruba, Abike Dabiri will activate mute mode. She will also disappear from media space, I don't support illicit business of any kind, it destroy lives.

Sounds familiar and the reason they didn't mention her.

What benefit will her name bring to the economy? If she is arrested abroad, she will be identified as a Nigerian woman, not as an Igbo, Yoruba, or Hausa woman.
